Based on an enquiry on their website(registerkaro.com), I received a call from their representative Ms. Jaanvi. She promptly told me about the fees for a basic package. The package included 2 DSC's and since I already had a DSC, I said I only need one DSC and not 2, and she reduced the package cost by Rs. 2000/- Further she said if we made a payment on the same day she would give the whole package for a further discount. Today I receive a call from another agent from their company saying that it was for incorporation and the LLP agreement (Form 3: Note: without form 3 being filed within 30 days of incorporation the LLP cannot operate, techniically the LLP is still not registered) is not part of the same. And for that I need to pay additional. After arguing for a while where she continuously said that form 3 is part of post registration compliance and not part of registration (attached screenshot of their website on the steps where LLP agreement is mentioned prior to Post Registration Compliance), and she agreeing that it is a marketing tactic and its only incorporation and by incorporation it does not mean all the requirements of the LLP registration is over. I disconnected the call and connected to Ms. Janvi again, and first she said for LLP form 3 is included and later she says that is not included for you. Now none of the representatives of the company is responding. Please do not sue their services as they are only trying to get you to avail the services so that you cannot go to any other CA as you already have paid this company for some things, and then you are left with no other option.
