As various complaints found on this site against the Safe Movers and Packers, I too have been cheated by Mr. Pratap Singh. The goods are to be delivered from Delhi to Chennai. He took money upfront too. After 15 days gave me the number of driver. When contacted the driver, he is saying that please collect the goods. He is atleast 70kms from my house. When contacted Pratap Singh, he gave another packers number and asked me to talk to him only, I cannot do anything.
After much pursuation arranged for another packers at extra cost and then delivered one less box. When called for the same, used harsh and unparliamentary language.
Cheated and frustrated. I am a govt employee and in 13 years of service this has done by first such Movers & Packers and that he declares it as govt approved. Strict action to be taken against Pratap Singh. Was this information helpful? |
