Safe Shop Agent has provided false information to us. Initially, he explained to us something, and later payment is done he said something. We are not aware of it is directing marketing. We made a payment on June 13th for purchasing package goods worth around 8000/- through Credit Card. and agent promised me to deliver goods within 10 days but till now over 20 days when the same question asked the agent he is saying that wait one more month. Aside from also sent a mail to the safe shop grievance section no one responsible for my continuous follow-up mails. At last, I called the customer care executive simply saying that COVID time no refund will be given. there is no proper response when I did not receive goods on how COVID rules apply.
I request you please look into my matter and check my refund amount.
