Dear sir/madam
I am saima yousuf i, pruchased a product from safe shop india pvt ltd., through a agent worth rs18, 490 on date 16 sep 18 without intimating my husband and when i revealed this thing to my husband he advised me to cancel the order and ask for refund as this is not the good idea to spend huge amount for a dining set and two two pair of cloth. Ordered item hasn't been received yet and we are not getting in touch to any source of communication with safe shop trying from last three days.
So i request u to help us in getting the full refund of money i. E., rs 18, 490 which we paid for the product.
