The company gave one quote, charged much more after they moved my household goods away, Refused to deliver them until I paid the whole amount in full. Refused to let me check the goods. The person who came for the initial survey and his supervisor spoke rudely and refused to answer any more questions.

Updated by Ab31 The goods were packed terribly and arrived in a badly damaged state. The company said that they will claim insurance and get back to me but now, the sales person, Vikram Verma, and the Pune Zonal officer, Pavan Choudhary, are both avoiding my calls. They are a highly unreliable company and I would like to seek compensation. I have attached images of how the goods arrived.

After delivery, there was a lot of damage and there has been no information from the company yet about claiming insurance. An entire book cabinet was broken and many crockery items were packed poorly and consequently damaged. This is not a company worth working with.
