I had purchased a saffron wc SC 9627 in September 2016 during bathroom renovation. After fixing the product in the bathroom I discovered that the cover was faulty. The lock & hinges that came with it were faulty. It didn't soft close as it should have. The dealer contacted the company but they haven't helped other than acknowledging a problem with the product. Due to the faulty lock in the cover, other hinges do not operate with it either. Now I am left stranded with a new wc without a cover or seat. I am left to repent buying from this company but it is too late since the wc has already been fixed & cannot be uninstalled. How can companies show such utter disregard to the quality of their products & the inconvenience caused to customers. Was this information helpful? |
