Sagar Hegde — Rash driving, dash my car purposely

My name is amit salunkhe, today i was coming to office from yerawda road pune, there was heavy traffic and few cars were stopped by pmc workers as the tree was been cut down. So i had to stop my car as the pmc worker kept some object in front of my car. A guy with polo volkswagen number mh 12 ld 3330 from behind was so impatient that he dashed my car from the right side and was trying to go ahead of me. When i came out of my car he started arguing with me on why i was stopping and all. I tried to explain him about the object in front of the car but he was not in a sense and started shouting at me, later he went to his car and again started dashing my car and he went away. His name is sagar hegde. I got his name as i had taken his car number. Please act on my complaint this is really a harassment.
