Dear Sir / Madam, With lots of disappointment, I am writing this to you regarding Sagar Motor Driving School. While joining the school, I was promised that I would be given trainings during the weekends and the course would be done withing 1 to 2 months. Saying this, they asked me to pay the entire amount of Rs. 7000. Trusting them, I paid the amount but thereafter I am feeling cheated miserably. The driving school personnel do not pick up the phone even on repeated dialling, they never reply sms and never call back. I have not even completed 10 classes of training and they are not co-operating at all. Last Sunday, they promised to organise a class for me but when I reached there, the shop was closed and on repeated dialling also, they did not answer my call neither they called back. I waited there for more than 1 hour hoping to hear back but all in vain. Feeling disappointed, I came back home. Afterwards also, they are not picking the calls and calling me back.
Sir, its hard earned money for everyone. Please help me get my refund of money as they already stated they wont refund my money back. I do not want to continue further in this driving agency who do not even know how to treat and respect their customers.. I am really harassed due to this unethical behaviour of Sagar Driving School and desperately want my money back after deduction of the classes already attained.
