We got our household goods shifted from Ghaziabad to Bangalore on 16th Nov-14. Most of our stuff was badly damaged and since we had paid for Insurance, we requested Mr. Shukla (Bangalore) & Mr. Rajesh (Noida) to process the claim.
Since then we are regularly calling these guys but no results for past three months till date.
Mr. Shukla says that since our goods are already transferred from Ghaziabad therefore we should not call him and rather contact Rajesh, and Mr. Rajesh says that we should contact Mr. Shukla.
Even i contacted Mr. Vikar Kumar Modi who is the owner but no rsponse from his side as well.
