Sahara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited — No Payment of amount for Matured FD

In 2014 my father did an FD of total amount 26, 000 Rupees in two parts, each of 13000 Rupees in SAHARA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED which was matured on 10/10/2019. The amount which we were supposed to get was 23, 426 Rupees for each FD, which makes a total amount of 46, 852 Rupees for both. But due to company’s own financial issues, the matured amount is not provided to us till date. We tried contacting them but their office is closed from a long time. Please suggest us how to get our matured money back.
