Myself shailesh bhardwaj, i am writing in behalf of mrs. Bandana jha.
She purchased three fd (Advance for q shop goods (Exist) plan h, on 11.06.2012, 13.06.2012 & 23.06.2012. Values are 6300, 6300 & 5600 respectively.
Now, after completing 6 years, she went to your bettiah, west champaran, bihar branch for disbursement of the fixed deposit.
The manager of branch refused to pay the amount. He was behaving totally unfamiliar & told us that, you have to deposit it again. But my client needs disbursement.
Even, we told him, we will complain higher authority & will go through legal help.
He told, i dont bother. You may go & do whatever you want to do.
As, our connection with sahara parivar, since 1985, i thought to inform head office, before doing any legal procedure.
I am attaching the documents below.
Please do further action regarding this matter & maintain our belief on sahara pariwar.

I have acconts in dak bangla patna branch. Accounts are [protected] to [protected]in the name of kumari bindu mala.These accounts are transfer to telhara under nalanda bihar sharif zone in 10th november 2017 but till now not to reach there. What is the matter?
