The previous deposits in sahara india parivar were converted to sahara q shop on 2012, 2013 in which is to be mature in 2018. When ever we go to inquire the refund of mature deposit money, we get an reply from its branch office (Branch code: 2476) at, mithapur extn, badar pur that the deposits were converted to some other plan without our consent and information. We do n't have any paper of the extended deposit.
The branch manager said he is not aware of who has done this but it was done.
Kindly help us to get back the money.

    Today i hove received a message on mobile from vk-sahara that "redemption/maturity paid on a/c receipt no:- [protected], dated 31/5/2018, net amount rs. 18369.00." but i am unable to understand the a/c where it has been deposited and how to trace the receipt number mentioned in message.

    Please let me know where it has been deposited with the a/c details.

      I had tried to connect my sahara branch office bokakhat multiple times but they are did not respond.

        Myself shri narayan shrivastava has deposited my hard earned money in sahara india patna branch. I am retired 5 years back in the year 2013. I am already 65 yrs old and my health is also not good (Diabitic since last 18 yrs). My wife is also under tretament of high blood pressure. At this stage of my life (Age and health), i dont have so much strength to run after my money so i decided to contact the head office. Kindly do the needful and help me in withdrawal of deposited money so that i can live a peaceful retired life.

          Many of my bonds got matured in october 2017 and many on 21st may 2018... Sahara branch manager not ready to raise the demand for paying the matured amount and making false promises to give in next six months... Since last year...
          I have made investments here to get it back on my needy time, pls understand investors problem n repay it... Company may be playing with crores but for us thousands are very important for fulfilling our daily needs...

            I was depositing monthly premium for five year since 2012. Amount matured last year nov. 2017. Its been six months from than, and no clue when i will received the matured amount.

            Today sahara agent came and told me to reinvest the amount and when i asked about earlier maturity he said we will pay in coming 2 years.

            Its seems like sahara is in no mood to repay only playing with the customers emotions and money

            Please justify.

Maturity amount 1, 19, 104/- but they are not able to pay maturity amount we are asking continuously on 21/04/2018 they have given partial amount 66, 604/- rest of the amount we are asking but they are not responding. If it will continue i will go legally.

                    My name is priti. L have the company's gold bond, which is matured in oct 2017. I went for collecting maturity ammount or offered gold at bhavnagar branch. Here mr. N k singh the branch manager said you will gate your money back after 45 days please contact after 45 days. After 45days he said the company has fund problem at present please contact after 90 days. I contacted him after 90 days. You are in queue, many other are waiting before you, said mr. Singh. After some days ainquired at the branch whats about my refund which is allready senctioned by the company? The call attender said it is laps on account of you were not come to take it, now it is on repeat procces. Any body wants proof i have. My no. Is [protected].

                        I have a r. D. Account no.[protected] in your jorhat, assan branch,. I have deposited rs.3000/- deposit as monthly basis.in march, 2018 my r. D. Was completed. I was supposed to get my maturated money in the month of april but when i vised the branch the manager mr ranjen dey of the branch said me that i will get the money after 18 months if i convert my rd into sahara special fix. Why should i convert my matured rd account to such scheme to get my maturity?

                        I have 3 (Three) r. D. Account having account no.[protected] (Siddharth beriya); [protected] (Isshant beriya) and [protected] (Shakuntala devi beriya); in sahara india pariwar (Sahara credit cooperative society limited) jorhat, assan branch,. I have deposited rs.3000/- ; rs 1000/- and rs 3000/- deposit as monthly basis.in march, 2018 my r. D. Was completed. I was supposed to get my maturated money in the month of april but when i visited the branch today i. E on 18/05/2018 the manager mr ranjen dey along with agent mrs r saikia of the branch said me that i will get the money after 18 months if i convert my rd into sahara special fix when i asked them why i need to covert it into this scheme they said me it is a loyalty form assuring me to get my money in between 18 months along with some interest but when i saw a sample copy of the certificate it was no where mention that i will get my money after 18 months instead of that i fount that it was a fixed deposit scheme of sahara. Now i find myself helpless and want the conumer form to help me in this reguard. Along with this complain i have attached the copy of my passbook along with the last receipt copy of money receipt which i have deposited along with the form provided to me my the manager.

I would like to aware you that my SAHARA – F.D. has been matured on date 28/02/2018 in your branch - Sahara India Parivar, IST Floor, M.G. Arcade, Near B.N. College, Patna (Branch Code- 1550). The payment advice has been raised two month back and presently the matured amount is transferred from Lucknow and available in the local branch ) but did not given us our matured amount.it seems that the local branch manager and his office staff is doing FRAUD or GAVAN with us and expect us for some bribe

But even after 3-4 years we havent got the amt. All the required documents have been submitted at bullia branch with kamla prasad (Employee).
