My self bhaveshkumar d patel.. I have made fixed deposite at sahara office at idar. Ta idar. Dist - sabarkanth. Gujarat.. Such fixed deposite completed 5 years in jul-17.. I have made constant follow up for getting such amount.. But manager giving me fade by date promise... But till today i do not get my amount... I have deposited a sum of Rs. 14000/- on 07/11/2014 and the same has been matured on 07/11/2017. up on maturity I went to my service branch to submit the policy but they denied to accept the policy and suggested me to wait till their telephonic call to surrender policy.
kindly do need full in this regard.

My fd and my mother's fd got matured in july 2017 but still i am not getting my payment. Branch manager is very irresponsible and only providing payment to those who gives bribe to manager. After several enquires manager is saying to forget about my payment. My payment advice got lapse 2 times but not preventive action has taken. Please look in this matter and provide my payment asap.

If no action taken towards this complain...
