Dear sir,
These complain is against the fushbunglow fc-1120, address: phushbunglow, post bhaga, dist. Dhanbad, jharkhand-828301, which taking unexpected time for maturity payment of sahara credit co-operative society limited accounts.

For your information, i am a member of your sahara credit co-operative society limited since last five years, and almost 12 daily account is running with certain intervals.

Earlier, it takes around 15 to 20 days of payment but now days it is exceeding the 20 days limit and my present maturity payment is hanged for more than 40 days, without any specific cause from my side.

Please note the details below:

Date of payment: 04/10/2017 delay: 27 days.

Date of a/c opening: 14/09/2016.
Delay: 41 days crossed on 26/10/2017 and still payment not made.

The rather disappointing that mr. Sk sahi, the branch head/mgr.in not heeding my verbal request for payment and in other hand he refuse to receive my written complain stating that there is no such provision for receiving of written grievances.

In view of the above facts, i request kindly arrange to pay my maturity payment along with fix deposit rate for the above both case.

I paid up to 15.06.2013 and we had applied for close the all a/cs to your rishra office on 27.06.2016 but we have not received the amount yet.
Sir, i would like to inform you that your executive mr. Rajesh gupta of rishra branch office has told me earlier that approx 15 months ago that your money will be paid within 1 month, still its 15 months passed i didnt get any single penny.
I had contact mr. Gupta several times he only gives me dates till today.
Sir i am in very much need of money. I (Suresh kumar lohia) my wife (Suman devi lohia) is suffering from cancer, so thats why i need my money back on urgent basis.

I have an rd account with sahara india branch office of tonk 1423 (Rajasthan). This rd account had been matured in month of december, 2014. I had been submitted claim form for return the maturity amount, after some month of maturity date. Till now after three years of maturity date i have not received my amount. My account details are as under-

Hello sir my self amit tiwari, i have opened a monthly deposit of 1300 rs in sahara company name as sahara-m benefit monthly id account no - [protected], date of opening account is 20/06/2012 after completion of 5 years till i have not received the amount of 1lac rupees. Branch manager not giving satisfying answer, if my problem not solved and not received amount i will take necessary legal action.

I have invested in sahara q gold scheme on august-2012 my maturity was on aug-2017, i contacted local office & registered the demand for the same, manager ask to wait two month but no action is been taken till date. Local office has no satisfactory answer saying wait till december. They said your cheque will be given by local office but nothing is happening from their side. Please help in this regard.

I have no any cirtificate of above define accounts. Becouse branch manager of barbigha taken receipt in 2012 and not given cirtificate. Their are four branch manager change
From 2012 to 2017. I meet each branch manager for cirtificate but they told alaways mil jayega but i do not receive cirtificate.
Now a days when i went branch office and not find above account in q-shop convergion list. Then i told manager that sir mera account nahi hai then he told dekhte hai but not assure. Clerk kahta hai apka amount computer me hai. But manager kahte hain apka account computer me nahi mil raha hai. Here very bargaining hai sir koi sahi se nahi batata hai ki mere amount ka kya huha hai.

Abhi mujhe karib 35 lakh ka convergion karna hai lekin ab jab tak mujhe abobe amount ka pata nahi chal jata hai tab tak mai ek bhi convergion nahi karoonga sir.

Barbigha branch me na to manager sahi batata hai na hi clerk.

Sir i have taken a policy from sahara india in 2014 with maturity date 31 july 2017. Now i am facing negotiable behaviour from your staff located at mandideep raisen m. P. I am highly disappointed with from sahara india. I am not recieving a good answer about when will i get my hard earned money. Sir i were a regular costumer of yours i have taken one more policy in past years.

My advice has come in 06 june 2017. We went barauni branch for payment 35 times. But maturity amount not being given now.
Is this a real vishwas of sahara pariwar?

I am continuously following up with the sahara branch but they are not releasing cheque for my policy got matured in august 2017.

I am old aged senior citizen & i can't walk as well even in this condition your saharsa branch 1623 bihar employees are not doing disbursement of my matured amount.

I request you to kindly help me to get my retirement money, i am in urgent need of money so that i can afford my operation of ankle ligament.

गालियों का प्रयोग करते हुवे कहा कि ब्रांच से चले जाओ नहीं तोह अभी पुलिस को बुला कर जेल भेज दूंगा, पुलिस तुम्हे बैंक लूट व मैनेजर के मार पिट के आरोप में जेल में बंद कर देगी, यह कहते हुवे मेरे पेपर मुह पर फेकते हुए ब्रांच से निकल जाने के लिए कहा, मै जहानागंज फ्रेंचाइजी में आए RMऔर SM sir को अपनी आपबीती बतायी, उन्होंने इस कुकृत्य के लिए मैनेजर को फटकार भी लगायी, मुझे आश्वासन दिया की तुम्हारा भुगतान होजायेगा, लेकिन सर इस घटना को 6 माह से भी अधिक का समय और आवेदन के 18 माह होने वाले है, हर बार पेमेंट आता है फण्ड नहीं कारण बताकर वापस हो जाता है, फिर 45 दिन बाद आएगा ऐसा कह कर वापस कर दिया जाता है,

Hello sir, i am ashish kumar mishra belongs to kanpur (U. P.). My policy no. Is [[protected]] a/c opening date 9.07.2012 & matured date is 9.07.2017. So, after matured amount i meet to my agent & branch manager but they told me payments are not given by company. They insist me to fix deposit for next one & half year, but when i refused him they were rude& told me that if i want my payment i have to filled 12 forms then they give my payment in 20 installment. I think i did big mistake to choose this company for investment...
& sir my neighbor was also open policy in this at the same time period, his payment done by company after maturity. My question is that why my payment was not given by company. My father have also a mature policy & his payment also was not given by company. He is a cadric patient how i managed him i know your company doesnt know... My contact no is [protected].

I sumana mondal a member of sahara credit cooperative society limited (No.[protected]) where l have [protected]@15000.00 for 3 nos certifictes[protected], [protected]&[protected]) on10.04.2012 at baruipur branch (Code.1800) under dakhsin kolkata ro, west bengal. L wanted make prematurity after completing 60 months that is clearly provided in written back side of certificates. Unfortunately the branch manager didn't allow me. At result l am compelled to take loan in high interest from open market. If l donot get my money in right time to meet up my urgent needs, why should l invest? Please take action to get me relief from financial obligation. It is also noted that l am fully house wife. There is no alternative way of me. L am helpless.
