I am sonu kumar belongs to bikram, patna, bihar. My policy no. Is [protected] a/c opening date 31.03.2012 & matured date is 31.03.2017. So, after matured amount i meet to branch manager but not respond to me and not payment to me till date. Other customer in this branch payment made by branch manager after matured amount payment successfully. Branch manager was mis behaviour to me and told me not paid by mataured amount.

I am Dhananjay Kumar.My maturity date was 20 December 2017.I am handicapped.
I have a medical emergency in my family.I am going through with financial however Branch Manager is not taking ownnership my concern.I told him that 19000 crore was paid to SEBI however still we are waiting for a hard and money.

PATNA: Sahara is an organization with India’s largest workforce after Indian Railways with more than 14 lakh workers, assets with the market value of around 2 lakh crore and around 10 crore customers across the country, said Sahara India Pariwar chairman Subrata Roy at the group’s 40th anniversary celebrations, christened Sankalp Varsh, at Muzaffarpur on Tuesday.

Addressing over 15, 000 Sahara workers from Samastipur and Muzaffarpur at the ‘Sahara Milan’ programme, Roy said, “Sahara India Pariwar’s fundamentals are very strong. The group will be the richest company in the country in terms of cash flow, once the money deposited by us comes back to us.” He said the Sahara has been depositing money in the Sahara-Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) account under the Supreme Court directive since 2012 and today SEBI has around 19, 000 crore, including interest, of Sahara’s money, but SEBI has only repaid Rs 64 crore to the investors in last 60 months. “Sahara has provided documents proving repayments made by it. The documents include original vouchers, bond certificates and other maturity papers and receipts. We are confident that once the verification is done by SEBI as per the SC order, the entire money deposited will come back to Sahara since we have already refunded 95% of our investors, ” Roy said.

Branch manager haven't given appropriate reply to my concern.I have a medical emergency.If no intiative was taken .I will go to print media and news channels and I will discuss.What will be the legal process.
I need a compensation of 2 month plus the hassle and mental trauma that I faced within this speculated time frame.I was harassed by a branch manager.If I won't get satisfactory reply within 2 days.

      My name is ravindra kumar das. I have got 3 fd in sahara india pariwar under sahara unique scheme. After investing for a time period of 15 years, finally when my all three fd are matured, sahara is not giving me my money. While the branch manager has taken documents from me but he is not forwarding it to higher offices (This i have confirmed after giving a call to sahara helpline no). Now even the sahara head office is not picking up my calls... These guys work so pathetically and they purposefully harass their customer (For e. G, i was given contact no of regional manager and area manager by sahara helpline no and when i gave them a call, both of them have retired months ago).

      My fd have matured more than one month back... And still there is no sign of my money. I am as such going to lodge a complaint with sebi too.

      In today's day, your branch had gone to Dausa to withdraw money, then your staff misused me. If you did not take any action then I would have to go to court.
      I have a sahara gold policy and the policy was matured on 29.6.2017.but manager didnot give my payment and his behaviour is very bad.

            I, satish kumar, residing ludhiana punjab, deposited 3000/-pm for 5years in sahara india mass communications. My account no. Is [protected], which was transferred to lohara branch (Branch code-4372). This account was credited with amount which is receivable on my part on 06-aug-2017. But the manager (Named shivram gupta) of the said branch behaved unethically & refused, in the most rude way, to give the money back.

            You are requested to do the needful and refund our money back asap

              I am holding 14 fully convertible paid up "nirmaan bond" of rs. 1000/- each in my name) dated 31.12.2008 with redemption date 31.12.2012.. But even after completion of more than 5 years from the due redemption date of 31.12.2012 i have not received back my money. Kindly advise how i can get my money back since there is no office of the company in my city. I want my money back.

                Sir,

                My father had deposited the sum of rs.16, 000/- (Account no: [protected]) on[protected] in sahara credit cooperative society limited, gudiwada (Branch code-1827), (Andhra pradesh) under "sahara m benefit", through agent m. B. Sudhakar. Maturity date of the investment is[protected].

                My father expired recently. He nominated me as a nominee. I have contacted to the branch office on[protected] to claim death maturity but your official said that now it is not possible to refund that amount and it will take more time probably more than one and half years. Instead of refunding that amount he told that he will give me a new bond on my name with 16000 + interest that i got so far for a period of 18 months. But i don't want to extend this. I want my death maturity amount as soon as possible.
                .
                Today i have submitted my father's death certificate, fixed deposit bond, promoter's letter, nominee letter, notary papers and aadhar card details along with xerox copies in the branch office (Gudiwada).

                Sir, i request you to do the needful to claim death maturity amount as soon as possible with out delay. Please make sure that amount will be refunded directly as i do not want a new bond on my name with that money.

                    प्राथी खडग बहादुर सिंह ने एक फ्लैट सहारा प्राइम सिटी लखनऊ me बुक किया था !

                    प्राथी का पैसा बुकिंग कैंसिलेसन के कारन सहारा प्राइम सिटी ने (फोलियो न० [protected]) चेक न० 323500 चेक मूल्य 187320.00 दिनांक 25 /10/2012 का बना कर रीटर्न कर दिया था, प्राथी को जब चेक प्राप्त हुआ तो चेक एक्सपायर हो चूका था, प्राथी ने चेक सहारा इंडिया के कपूरथला ऑफिस me जमा करवा दिया और लगातार चेक के प्राप्ति के लिए प्रयाशरत रहे परन्तु चेक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ !

                    पुनः जब प्राथी सहारा ऑफिस दिनांक 10/03/2017 को गया और चेक के प्राप्ति के लिए जानकारी प्राप्त करने की कोशिस किया परन्तु कोई संतोषजनक जानकारी प्राप्त नहीं हुई !

                    प्राथी एक सेवानिवृत्त इंटेलीजेंस ब्यूरो का अधिकरी हँ एव प्राथी की उर्म करीब 70 वर्ष हँ !

                    अत: आप से अनुरोध हँ की कृपया कर के उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे एव प्राथी का पैसा दिलवाने की कृपा करे !

                          I have 2 -3 fds in sahara india which i wanted to break for some financial reasons but they have denied to return my amount and asking to invest that amount in to new fd when i visited to sahara office at mall road kanpur u. P.
                          This is totally injustice with us why we should suffer for our money?
                          Why we cant use our money when we need it?
                          Agents come many times when they need business from us why they are not helping now?

                          I want rply on this...

                                Rd maturity period over jun-2016 (Maturity amount rs 228000) i have not received my amount. After six month (Take many round the sahara office) i have received partially amount rs-100000 only in 12 april 2016. But after take many round the sahara office they not give my remaining amount and give reply the fund not coming from haead office. Please arrange my remaining amount rs-128000 to me.

                                  मैं संदीप रामेश्वर सिंह हुँ। मैं मुम्बई के अंधेरी सहारा आफिस से एक छोटा कार्यकर्ता हुँ। मेरा कोड[protected] है। मैं इस वक़्त जो बातें बताने जा रहा हूँ वो काफी तकलीफों के बाद आपसे कह रहा हूँ। हम सब सहारा परिवार के पारिवारिक सदस्य हैं। और आप इस परिवार के पिता हैं, जनक हैं। इसलिए अब मैं थक हार कर अपने पिता तुल्य अभिवावक के पास शिकायत ले कर आया हूँ, और उम्मीद है कि एक पिता अपने बच्चे की तकलीफ दूर भी करेंगे।

                                  पहले जो कुछ हुआ है उसे छोड़कर मैं अभी की दो घटनाओं से आपको रूबरू कराना चाहता हुँ।

                                  मैंने 30 जून को अपने ही मां के नाम पर 14 लाख रुपये सहारा के MIS की स्कीम में इन्वेस्ट करवाया।
                                  जिसका कमीशन 79800 रुपये बना।

                                  30 जून के बाद आज 25 सिंतबर है, लगभग 85 दिन गुजर गए हैं फिर भी मुझे मेरे हक़ के कमीशन का 38000 रुपये अभी भी नहीं मिले। और जो भी मिले वो टुकड़ो में मिले। मुझे ये सुनाया जाता है और बोला जाता है कि आपके मां को MIS का 14000 देना है और आपको भी अब 38000 देना है। कहाँ से लाएं हम इतना सारा पैसा। मुझे बोलते हैं कि कहीं से दूसरा बिज़नेस लाओ और वही पैसा ले जाओ।
                                  सर आप ही बताइए ये कहाँ का न्याय है? मैं अपना ही कमाई का पैसा पाने के लिए और मेरे ही कस्टमर का पैसा दिलवाने के लिए नया कस्टमर ढुन्दू? नया कस्टमर का पैसा मुझे मिलेगा? फिर नए कस्टमर के पैसे पर जो कमाई होगी उसे पाने के लिए मैं तीसरा कस्टमर ढुन्दू... फिर चौथा...फिर पांचवा। सर आप ही बताइए ऐसा ही होता है क्या?
                                  मुझे बोलते हैं कि तुम तो नौकरी करके महीना महीना कमाते हो तो तुम्हे पैसो की इतनी क्या जरूरत? ये सब बोल कर मुझे पेमेंट नहीं करते या देर करते हैं।

                                  सर मेरे ऊपर 2 लाख का कर्ज है उनसबो को मैंने वादा किया था कि अगस्त तक उनके पैसे लौट दूंगा। मैं ये पैसे उन 14लाख में से नही लिए क्योंकि वो मेरे पिता के कमाई के पैसे हैं... वो मासिक पेंशन की तरह पैसा पाने के लिए MIS में पैसा डालना चाहते थे।
                                  मैंने सोचा था कि 79800 रुपये मिलेंगे तो ये पैसे दे कर मैं अपना कर्जा कुछ कम कर पाऊंगा पर मुझे पूरे पैसे अभी तक नहीं मिले। मैंने ये बात सहारा के लोगो को भी बताई पर वो मुझे सुनने और समझने को तैयार नही।

                                  सर आप ही बताइए कि अगर इसी तरह चलेगा तो मेरी हिम्मत कैसे होगी नया बिज़नेस करने के लिए? क्योंकि मुझे पता है कि नए बुसिनेस की कमाई का पैसा पाने के लिए और उसी नए बुसिनेस की मैच्यूरिटी का पैसा दिलवाने के लिए मुझे कहीं और से पैसा उठाना पड़ेगा...

                                  30 जून को ही मैंने मेरे एक पुराने कस्टमर के सहारा q शॉप में जो 850000 रुपये हुए थे और वो अगले वर्ष मच्युरिटी होने वाली थी उस स्कीम का 850000 रुपये मैंने MIS में डलवाये।
                                  ऐसा करने के पहले मेरे सीनियर ने कहा था कि अगर 10 वर्षों के लिए MIS होगा तो उसका कमीशन तुम्हे तुरंत मिल जाएगा। इसका कमीशन करीब 40000 रुपये होने वाले थे। मैंने सोचा था कि चलो ये भी पैसे मेरे कर्जे को बहुत कम कर देंगे।
                                  इसलिए मैंने मेरे कस्टमर को जो सिर्फ 5 वर्ष के लिए mis में डालना चाहती थी उसे मैन 10 वर्षो के लिए मनाया।
                                  पर सब पैसा ट्रांसफर करने के बाद मुझे उसी सीनियर ने कहा कि आपका कमीशन अभी नही मिलेगा, आपकी इस कमाई को किसी स्कीम में डालना पड़ेगा।
                                  सर उस दिन मुझे बहुत बड़ा झटका लगा।

                                  अब आप ही बताइए क्या ये धोखा नही हो रहा मेरे साथ। प्लीज आप सख्त से सख्त निर्देश जारी करिये और मुझे भी बताइये कि अब मैं क्या करूँ?

                                  जो मैंने 14 लाख जमा करवाये थे उसके मुझे 2% इंसेंटिव भी आया 28000 रुपये। जो कि मुझसे बोल के प्यार से पर जबरन डबल के स्कीम में 30000 डलवा दे दिए गए। अगर आप को भरोसा नही हो तो मेरे कोड में चेक करवा लीजिये।

                                  दिसंबर 2017 में मेरी मां के द्वारा ली गयी एक स्कीम की maturity है करीब 325000 रुपये की maturity होगी। अब वो पैसा लेने के लिए मुझसे बोलेंगे की कहीं मार्किट से इतना बिज़नेस लाओ और maturity का अमाउंट ले जाओ। मुझे अभी से डर और टेंशन लग रहा है कि ये maturity कैसे करवाऊंगा? हम मार्किट से पैसा ला कर सहारा में जमा करवाएं, वो पैसा सहारा अलग अलग जगहों पर लगाये और उसका फायदा खुद यूज़ करे, और हम अपने उसी कस्टमर को पैसा दिलवाने के लिए किसी और कस्टमर से पैसा लाये। जो हो रहा है ये यही दिखा रहा है।

                                  आप बताइए क्या ये सही है? सर ये बहुत ही भयावह स्थिति है आप इसपर ध्यान दीजिए।

                                  आखिरी उम्मीद ले कर आपके पास आया हूँ। मुझे मेरे पूरे पैसे दिलवा दीजिये क्योंकि मुझे जिन्होंने पैसे दिए हैं वो बहुत अपशब्द बोल रहे हैं... मैं झूठ साबित हो रहा हूँ।

                                    Good evening

                                    Pls find the attached file. Which i send to the karla sector office and andheri office.

                                    This is mohammad haleem, room no. 75, d. B. Nagar, wadala (E), mumbai - 400037. I booked 2 bedroom unite on 4th floor, unit no. B4/406, unit area 101.32sq mtr.in sahara city homes, lucknow, uttar pradesh, india.

                                    Application date : 21/07/2012 for 38 month payment period. Booking folio no. [protected].. Project cost – rs. 3120000/-

                                    I hereby completed all the emi as per the norm of the company i never missed any emi date. I supposed to get the possession on sept 2016. But when i asked for the possession branch manager told me it is not possible now, it will take more than 5 years to give you the possession. So i requested to the branch manager to cancel my booking and refund the amount. They agreed on it and cancelled the booking and he told me you will get the refund in one month maximum.

                                    From the kurla branch, mumbai, mr. Hafizullah shaikh (Brach manager) called me and discussed about refund. He told that “now we can't pay the full amount if you agree i will give you the purposal and he explain me about it. He told me fix the half of the amount for one year and rest sahara will transfer in your account in one month”. I agreed on that after discussing with him and i fixed 1620000/- in sahara india.

                                    And he promised me he will transfer 1500000/- in one month in my account. He transfered 6 lac in 3 months, and then he stop to send the refund amount. From jan 2017 every week i am calling to the kurla branch office, but no response. Now its become 12 month i am waiting 900000/- from sahara india, when i call him he always promise to send the money next week. This is the answer from past one year.

                                    Pls do your best from your end, either i have no other choice to go to the legal way. I will file the case.

                                    Pls kindly help me i will be very thankful to you.

                                    3 months complete my FD but i have not receved my check
                                    My father took this scheme nearly 13 years back on 31/08/2004 We want this money to be refunded. i deposited the necessary documents nearly an year back and i went to the office 2-3 times but no response. its been a long time pls do something in this regard.
