Dear sir/madam,
I am Nayan Majumder a customer of your "Sahara India Pariwar". My
Policy scheme details-"SAHARA E SHINE", Account no-[protected],
Membership no-[protected], Opening date-21/01/2012 and Amount-10000/-
This time my essential purpose for money and my SAHARA E SHINE policy
is alredy 5 years ago. So I doing pre-maturity in communion Sahara
Kakdwip Branch Office on 06/02/2017. But office staff and branch
Manager tell me that...pre-maturity payment given to be late.I going
in office time and again, but their return to me. Henceforth my
pre-maturity Demand form recieved on 16/03/2017 and assurance that
payment be done on April last week. But move on April, May, June payment
to not get my hand. Then me say that on 26/06/2017 -deposit to policy
original certificate and photo ID proof in office on July first
week.The claim paper for the Policy along with necessary documents was
submitted to your office on 03/07/2017.
Branch manager say that call me by phone give a payment on 31st
July, but also at this instant I not get to pre-maturity payment.
Therefore please sir, I shall be glad if you look into
it and do the needful at the earliest.
