I had transfer two account of my wife (reeta likhok) from (rd and t) from silapathar, demaji branch to panbazar branch guwahati on 2005. i have get the rd maturity amount on 14/10/2011 from panbazar branch guwahati. but when i went to sahar office panbazar branch to get maturity amount of t serial no. [protected]. but according to the sahara office panbazar they did not found the said sahara account t.

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Shri Narayan Shrivastava has deposited my money in Sahara india Patna branch.I am retired 3.5 years back in the year 2013.I have a daughter(30 yrs old) for marriage. Her marriage is fixed but for finishing my responsibility i need the money deposited at Sahara India Patna Branch.I am under crucial condition as i dont have sufficient money to complete the marriage function. If the withdrawal of the deposited money will be possible i can finish the responsibility and the marriage(November).


    I am already 64 yrs old and my health is also not good(diabitic since last 16 yrs).My wife is also under tretament of high blood pressure.


    Kindly do the needful and help me in withdrawal of deposited money so that a father can succesfully finish his responsibility.

    i am a retired employee with the responsibility of my daughter marriage. I have deposited money with sahara india so that i can furnish my responsibilty in future. The time has come kindly suppport me in withdrawal of deposited money.

      Sub : un-due delay in releasing death maturity

      Sir,

      This is in ref. To the above cited subject, i the undersigned submit that i have submitted all relevant documents iro death claim in oct'15 at your chipurupalli branch, ap state. However till date the staffs are saying that the claims are under process. My a/c no. Is[protected] &[protected].

      Is it not a ridiculous issue? Pl. Confirm. Further i came to know from sector office bobbili, ap state that the documents which i had submitted in oct.15 at chipurupalli were received on 23rd april' 16. I want to know from the management of sahara india what is the style of working of sahara india for releasing the death maturity.

      Further, i submit that only at our call or office visit, they reply about the loop-holes if any in the documentation. I feel that the staffs duly appointed are worth their office branch managers work are not? I strongly can say that chipurupalli branch incharge is worthless fellow.

      After consultation with the sector office mr. Sarat babu, regional manager at srikakulam mr. Lakshman rao, bza regional manager mr. N n srivastav i came to know the status that the documents have been forwarded to lucknow in last week of july'16 for approval. It may further take another 45 days.

      Now i request & want to know what is the standard period for releasing matured payments or death maturity payments? I want to submit for pre-maturity release all my other deposits to the tune of rs.10 lac. If the delay is so or the working style of co. Is so.

      I want an earliest reply from the management of sahara india along-with stern transfer of mr. Satyanarayana - incharge of chipurupalli branch, who is a lier & has no work knowledge to deal with customers.

      An earliest reply is appreciated.

        We booked a house ( 2 BR Pent house+STD+TRR) in Sahara Prime City Ltd. back in 2004. Its has been over 10 years now since we invested our money. We have been inquiring on day to day basis about the progress of the same but no-one has been answerable. As it has been long so we asked to refund our money but they declined.An immediate action is required.

          I pradeep kumar behera a/c no - [protected], [protected], [protected] beg to state that, i belongs to odisha in balasore district. I am a valuable customer of your company. Now ten policies are continued in your company. I invested (10000+10000+10000=30, 000/-) thirty thousand in sahara rajat yojna of three accounts name - pradeep kumar behera, ratnamani behera (Wife) and pradeep kumar behera (A/c no - [protected], [protected], [protected]) dated[protected] at your odisha bhadrak branch code - 1846. After maturity of this scheme i demand for payments dated[protected] at your branch. When i query the branch after one month, the clerk denied me that your payment is not come. After one week again i visit your branch office and meet the branch manager. He checks and told me that your payment reply is come here dated[protected], but there were no funds available here and when it is available than we will call you for your payments. When i request him, he told me that you take 50% payment now and take a new scheme for one year. I agreed and fix 30, 000/-for one year. After completing of one year when i contact the branch office the branch manager told that your policy was transfer to another franchise and refused me to give any payment and told that there were no funds available here. If you take your payments, contact the head office and they will help you. Now the payment is very necessary for my sister marriage.
          Therefore i request to you that kindly solve this matter as soon as possible for your kind consideration than i shall thankful to you forever.

              My name is jai bahadur sachan and I have RD account in Sahara office pokhrayan which branch code is 2066 . All my RD Account are matured but still
              they are not making . I have requested many time . I have need money . Since last one year center manager of that branch is not made a single payment . I have FD account also which has been converted in Q shop . I have register complain to your Regional manager. If still they will not make my payment i will go court and register case .

                मैं सहारा इंडिया परिवार का एक नियमित उपभोक्ता हूं। मै पिछले 7 सालो से सहारा इंडिया लिमिटेड में अपनी बचत राषि जमा करवाता आया हूं। परन्तु अब आपके कार्यकर्ताओ द्वारा राषि समय पर लौटाई नही जा रही है एवं उनका व्यवहार भी संतोषपूर्ण नही होने के कारण अब मुझे आपके संस्थान में राषि जमा करवाने में असुविधा महसूस हो रही है। मेने कुछ दिनो पूर्व ही आपके संस्था में 3 लाख रूपये की फिक्स डिपॉजिट करवाई है परन्तु फिर भी मेरे पिछला भुगतान समय से लगभग 7 माह बिलम्व होने के बाद भी नही हुआ है। मुझे हर वार एक नई तारीख दे दी जाती है। जब मैं अपनी तय तारीख पर शाखा प्रबंधक अवदेष सिंह ठाकुर के समक्ष पहुंचता हुं तो मुझे अभद्र व्यवहार किया जाता है और फिर एक नई तारीख दे दी जाती है। जब मैने इसकी षिकायत भोपाल एरिया मैनेजर श्री राजेन्द्र साइमन से की तो उन्होने मुझे समझाकर एक नई तारीख दे दी। परन्तु जब मैं तय तारीख पर एरिया मैनेजर के समक्ष उपस्थित हुआ तो उन्होने भी मेरा भुगतान करने में आनाकानी करनी शुरू कर दी। मेरा खाता क्रं. [protected] है जिसकी जमा अवधि 24 दिसम्बर 2015 को पूर्ण हो चुकी है। परन्तु अब तक मुझे उसकी भुगतान राषि प्राप्त नही हुई है। जब इस संबंध मे मैं 13 जून 2016 को एरिया मैनेजर राजेन्द्र साइमन के पास पहुंचा तो उन्होने भी मुझे तारीखें देना शुरू कर दिया। परन्तु आज दिनांक 25 जुलाई 2016 तक मुझे अपनी भुगतान राषि प्राप्त नही हुई है। अतः महोदय से निवेदन है कि अपनी संस्था के कार्यकर्ताओ की कार्यप्रणाली सुधारते हुए मुझे मेरी भुगतान राषि प्रदान की जावे। मेरे द्वारा संबंधित जानकारी नीचे दी संलग्न है।

                    I have invested rs 55338 on 19/12/2007 vide receipt no [protected] and rs 55338 on 20/12/2007 vide receipt no [protected] for 80 months in bharat nagireddy's name (son) in their mancherial branch/ sector (ap/telangana) under sahara swarn/ rajat yojna (b). i have deposited both receipts in their branch office in dec 2015 for collection after the maturity date and i have received payment against the 1st receipt in june 2016 and the payment for the 2nd one is not received till date inspite of my repeated requests. the new branch manager manchrial branch mr. mukunda lal is very adamant in talking on the repayment and forcing me to reinvest for another 3 years. other wise he says interest will not be paid from june 2015 onwards. i am a senior citizen (68 years) and can not wait for that long

                      This is to inform you that we are facing lot & lots of problems in getting our own payment, it has been since a year & half of maturity date but till the date no payment has been made. I have called more than hundred times to office but they have got only one answer payment has not came it will take 1 month more, from the date of maturity till the date same answer i am hearing from them.                         This is to inform you that i recently visited guwahati branch office regarding my claim to be received.. which is pending since 1 year. first day when i visited mr ghost misrepresented the branch manager who's name is mr gokul baishya.. i wanted to meet the manager, mr ghosh misrepresented me.. so that i could not contact the branch manager.. and it's was starnge that branch maneger was right beside me.. but he did not presented him as branch manager.. i came to know that they are misrepresenting me when i visited another day... and i found that. the person who misrepresented me was the branch manager and was sitting in the cabin.. when i asked mr ghosh why did you misrepresented me yesterday.. he behaved very badly with me.. if this kind of attitude is being presented my the sahara india pariwar employees to customer, how can we have faith in this company...

                                Krpa kar payment ki tarf seriously dhyan de. Agento ke jindgi khatre mai hai. Aye din hamare sath marpet jaisei halt banti ja rahi hai. Apke ache vakt ke sath rahe agent ajj bure samay se gujar rahe hai.
                                Aur apko jankari nahi hai. To krpa kar dhyan dejiye nahi to branch band ho jagi.

                                  127 days ago i have already submitted complain vide indian consumer forum on 18th feb, 2016 showing resolved but till date i got no solution, pls help me... To resolve this long pending issue, i had aslo talked to abhisek ji sinha dealing this complain but got assurance just enjoying with the public money.

                                  Ref of complaint

                                  I am continuously follow-up for the refund and placed so many reminders but people from sahara not able to give me firm date of releasing the payment. How disgusting is it!
                                  I don't know who is responsible to answer me, i am requesting for refund from dated 18.05.2014 and company is not listening to me.

                                  Neither company is starting their project nor refunding the payment and also not answering my calls/mails,

                                  I am very disappointed with such a bad service from sahara city homes.
                                  I had cancelled my flat in sahara prime city homes, kashipur (Uttarkhand) 18 month back vide cancellation ref no. Sch/kvp/sales/may/2014/18. But i haven't got any refund amount till date however, refundable amount should be revert within 45 days.
                                  But sahara homes is not stand on his commitment.
                                  Staff from sahara is not supportive at all. I called many times to sahara homes office but i am getting only answer "your money will revert soon"
                                  Sahara is cheating with customer and making them fool.

                                  Its 6 months gone of launching the complaint in the consumer forum.Till date the company (Sahara City Home) didn't respond anything, still just enjoying with the public fund.

                                  I have applied for Flat cancellation after the waiting period of 3 years, when company didn, t start their project i cancelled the flat booking and almost one and half year gone, company just assuring me about fund refund.

                                  I am very disappointed and I request Govt agency to take strict actions against these types of cal-pit peoples and firms which didn, t mind anything just cheating and making the people fool.

                                  No response got till date from the Sahara India pariwar customer support. Very disappointed. How company dare to enjoyed with the public fund.
                                  Because of such leniency, company like "sahara city home" usually dare to misuse the public fund.

                                  Feeling annoyed and useless to lodge the complaint in consumer forum. Don't know how this forum helped people to get rid from such complaints.

                                  How many times i have to urge ? Still waiting for positive response from Sahara Prime city Home offices..towards resolving this issue. Will Sahara be able to understand or not ?

                                  See company will never grow with such type of act. Ultimately God will punish..

                                    Sir,
                                    I regret to say that I had deposited the sum of Rs.8, 000/-(Eight thousand) only on[protected] in Fixed deposit scheme of Sahara at Plassy (Branch code-1612), Nadia (West Bengal) through agent Sri Jaydeb Biswas who is no longer the worker. The particular of my investment is said above. Maturity date of the investment was 28.02.2016.

                                    I had been contacted to the branch office on last of Feb’16 for having my maturity but your official said to contact after April’16 and as per their advice I have contacted on 12/05/2016 and they said to contact again after one month. And after 13/05/2016 I have given repeated telephonic reminder for my maturity amount but your office (Branch Manager Mr.Parui) did not make me my payment and neither gave any assured date of payment.
                                    My agent, Sri Jaydeb Biswas had been to the branch office accompanying myself on April’16 regarding the matter.

                                    Sir, I am a mere poor farmer so, I request you fervently to do the needful for the payment in no time.

                                    Sir, No action taken from Sahara India Pariwar (by phone or by e-mail or by post nothing) till now.They updated false statement ( that problem resolved). Please arrange to give my maturity amount.
                                    Sahara India Pariwar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Sahara office staff (Branch Manager, Plassy, Nadia, West Bengal) are not agree to receive my written complain

                                    I had invested in sahara credit cooperative society... And the current situation is company is not able to pay the amount back.. How can i recover it??

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I open a account in sahara m benefit [protected] with depositing of rs. 500/- per month on dated 31.3.2011 for five years. And it is matured the scheme more than 2 and half months. But till now i have not received the amount.In this period i no. Of times to visit your sector 22, chandigarh branch. But no one give the any satisfactory answer to me.

                                        I m mithun kushwah from gwalior and we made 6 FD amount of 160000 rs for 74 months during sahara swarn rajat yojana in which it shoud have be double in 74 months and we have complete 2 years more besides 74 months, now that particular agent is saying there is made 318000 rs only. while this amount should be for 74 months only and where is other extra 24 months interest. he denying and saying i[censored] don't proceed for new scheme after complete your FD then there is not made any kind of interest.
