I had paid a sum of Rs 200, 004/- (Two lakh four only) in Sept 2006, based on the brochure and details of flats to be constructed in Gurgaon, Village Chauma, and a site visit to the land in Gurgaon However nothing has happened since then, there is no sign of any construction at the sight. It is almost 09 Years now since i paid the amount there is no communication from the Sahara City Homes (SCH) as to when this construction will commence or whether they have shelved this project. Since it has been delayed beyond all the expectations therefore I will like to have the amount refunded to me with interest of 15% PA compounded annually

But still we dont get our money. I contact our agent but when I approached to agent to get money he forced to reinvest again.         I have purchased "ABODE BOND" of Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Limited from S.K Puri, Patna, Bihar Branch value Rs. 60, 000/ approx as 4-receipts (attached along with this email). At the time of investment your agent assured me that I would get prematurity after 5 years. Now after 15 Jan 2015, I am eligible to get prematurity . I need that amount on urgent basis as my marriage is to be held very soon. But even after visiting many times to branch, no staff is ready to accept my prematurity application with silly reasons thatSahara Shri is in jail. Even the branch manager Mr. Grinendra Kumar is not ready for helping to solve my issue. “A general purpose of saving is to secure our future or to plan for future unpredictable expenses.” Presently I am not staying at my home town and my father would not be able to visit your branch due to health reasons and aged. Its my hard earned money and I am not begging in front of you for it as I deserve to get my money back. I am fully shattered with the service you are providing to your customers. In case I am unable to get my funds back, It would enforce me to take others step to get my work done.I have money and I myself can organize my marriage event with respect but just because of you I have to beg from different people which is very shameful for our self, Its happens we don’t get the payment on time, I have to go for another action. Just because of your branch staff we are losing our faith in Sahara. For last many years many time we invested in Sahara and never faced this type of trouble. I will wait for best response of my concern from your side. We know very well, and I am hopeful that you will provide better output of our concern, because we are assuring that response of my concern comes from "Securities and Exchange Board of India", that all we know this is one of the most "MOTTO" of this Consumer Rights Protection Council as "Special Enforcement Cell".               On[protected] i deposited rs. 10000 in sahara india pariwar under the receipt no.- [protected] in the name of Karishma pradeep jain. It got matured on[protected] valuing rs 40000. The TDS amount of rs. 1039 was deducted from the maturity amount but it is not been deposited in the income tax department. Many a times i have complained about the same in the surat sahara main branch but no action is been taken till now. So please look into the problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                I deposited approximately 4.6 lakhs in 2008. I still hold around same deposits. Whenever I meet branch in charge, he says that it is not possible to get details of renewal of deposits. Is it possible that Sahara india doesn't maintain / keeps records of renewal details. Where should I complain about the non cooperation of branch in charge of BARHIYA- branch Ram Kishore whose contact number is [protected].

                  I, Anand Mohan Gupta, had invested Rs 100000 in Sahara Swarn Yojna. My account no was [protected].After maturity at the time of payment by Sahara India, Korba Branch in the Month of April 2014 an amount of RS 18910 deducted from my maturity value as TDS. Till date this TDS amount is not reflected in my 26AS. While I had submitted my PAN [ACBPG3929P] to SAHARA INDIA KORBA BRANCH. Ihave met the competent officials of Sahara India, Korba Branch several times, but till date the matter has not been sorted out. on dated 17/08/2015 one of the officials of Sahara India, Korba Branch said that you may go for legal proces.

                    Sahara T bonds - Not able to get maturity amount

                    I have deposited Rs 20, 000/- on 16/10/2002 with Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited (Sahara 'T' bonds ) Sahara India receipt number [protected] and serial number [protected] of Patna region. It got matured on 16/10/2012 with redemption value of 60, 000 and till date I have not received the maturity amount even after visiting the regional branch many times. They keep saying to come back again after few weeks as no refund is happening...

                    Subject: - payment issue ‘RDs’ plan Sir/Madam, We have RD account in your khagaul branch Patna 801105, Bihar now the complete my account (Account opening date 10 Sep. 2009, 10 Sep. 2009 & 01 july 2009 and maturity date is 10 Sep. 2014, 10 Sep. 2014 & 01 july 2014). I am invest in your RD plan (Per month Rs. 500/-) So complete maturity amount is should be pay from your branch. for this i went several time in your branch But they are no respond in branch staff including Branch Manager, every time he told me new excuses like " come tomorrow, your maturity confirmation being in processed, disconnect the phone and said me I am coming with an hour to clear cheque, etc." but still I am waited. Sir I am fed-up to this excuses. So I request you please take necessary action to solve my problem as soon as possible.                       My name is mastanvali. Iam doing job in 'sahara india'. From vijayawada to ponnur, courier pack was booked on 25 / 7 / 15, in this address. (Sk. Mastanvali. Sahara india, upstairs union bank. S. P. P. Road, ponnur p&m, guntur (D. T.) , a. P. - 522124. My mobile no :[protected].) but i didn't got the delivery. After 3 days i went the courier office. There was no responce. I had complaint to district office. Then they asked me p. O. D. No: h46486553. After few minutes, they told me " the pack was delivered". I got shocked. Then i consult the office. The courier boy delivered the pack some unknown person. Finally, i warned him. But he and they did not respond. So, i wanted to complaint about dtdc service.

                            I had invested with Sahara India Pariwar for Rs. 74, 805/- (Swarn Yojna) and Rs. 37, 362/- (Rajat Yojna) dated 13/12/2003 at Deoghar Office of Sahara India, vide receipt no. [protected] and [protected] control no. [protected] and [protected] respectively at of Sahara India Pariwar. The investment matured in the month of may 2014 and the maturity amount were received in the month of August 2014. Payment was released to me after deducting tax of Rs. 42, 000/-. But till date tax credit is not reflected against the above deduction and also no TDS certificate has been issued.

                                Hi Sir, I have invested 70, 000 in sahara q shop, plan H. As per the plan we can withdraw the money after 3 years with interest 28% ...maximum is 6 years we can keep. But I want my money back since 3 years has expired.When I went to the Manager he told that somebody has done forged/fake signature of mine and will get the money back after 6 years...even i have not raised any application nor signed in any of the reinvestment documents .Kindly, reply how to proceed in this matter??????.Will provide the Manager details shortly.

                                  Dear sir/madam This is Prabodha Kumar Behera son of Kumari Behera. I had deposited 40 thousands in the name of my mother in four account 10 thousands each. Last month Dt 24/06/2015 was the maturity date of all accounts. we have to get near about 103000. But when I approached to Agent to get the money he forced to reinvest again. I also approached to branch manager again over phone . My mother is a Chronic kidney disease patient. Even your agent visited to my mothers condition. She needs money immediately for her dialysis and treatment. I went to head office Sahid nagar Bhubaneswar to meet manager. The manager refused to meet me. I think she has not no guts to meet me. She behaves herself as thief and culprit.I Phoned to Regional manager bhubaneswar. He also told me that it will be delay 4 months.I requested him that it is necessary for my mother's treatment immediately. But she talked me in bad manner and told me that "You have not given money to me. So I can not give you money". This type of manner should not be expected from a regional manager. If top level official will not listen to us then who will listen to us ? Here some points are there. 1.Did Subrat ray instruct to his top level cadre not to meet clients directly which happened to me ? 2.Do the manager understand the emotion and necessary requirement of the client ? 3. Do the manager knows the behavior how to show to client ?

                                    i have done 2 investment in Sahara in this i have paid a EMI OF RS 300 and the second one is of rs 200 estate i have paid my all E.M.I has been completed on 28 march 2015 and when i have gone to take the total amount they are not giving me the amount and they are not responding me well its been 4 months but they are not giving my money company address- Sahara niketan, cinema road, gorakhpur, U.P holders name-kumudendu tripathi account no[protected] account no-[protected]

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, My mother has an account with your organization. Today I went to govind nagar branch Kanpur office and asked for the "Refund of advance booking" form. The first person who is sitting from the right side of the system whom I asked for the "Refund of advance booking" form kept me waiting for half an hour . First he told me to wait till 10 15 after that he didn't replied when I asked for how much time I have to wait. He was just ignoring me n was busy talking to the colleague . I was there from 10 to 10:30am but didn't get any form . I have the pictures of the staff with me and attaching here. Thanks & Regards Sandeep srivastava
