Respected Dy. Managing Director, Subject: Need update on Unit No – S – 4/12, Sahara City Home, Hardoi Bypass Road I (Satya Singh H/O Shivani Singh) wanted to bring your attention regarding my booking for Unit Number S - 4/12 at Sahara City Home at Hardoi Bypass Road, Near IIM, Lucknow which I have booked under Sahara City Home Scheme on July 20th, 2013 for Rs. 1, 35, 00, 000/-. I have visited above mentioned House on Jan 5th, 2015 and following are my observations: 1.You have launched a scheme at Sahara City Home at Hardoi Bypass Road, Near IIM, Lucknow and on your persuasions I have booked the House Number S - 4/12 on July 20th, 2013 for total amount of 1, 35, 00, 000/-. 2.I have paid 98% of total agreed amount 1, 35, 00, 000/- and you have promised to handover the possession of the above mentioned house latest by August 2014. 3.On Jane 5th, 2015, I found the above mentioned house in same condition as it was at the time of booking and there is number of works that need to be completed 4.The iron rod used in the said house has been rusted and deteriorated day by day for which your wholly responsible 5.After discussing with your site employee and people around, came to know the construction work has been stopped and no work is carrying out on the spot for last ten months and looking into the situation, I have no hope that the construction work of said house will be completed by August, 2015 6.I have taken the loan of Rs. 96, 00, 000/- from ICICI Bank Limited to purchase said house and am paying around Rs 70, 000/- as an interest per month. 7.Recovery department has charged Rs. 30, 000/ - as late fees for the month of February 2014 due to negligence /misunderstanding between Recovery department and ICICI Bank as they did not send the Demand Letter on time. I am continuously reaching to your Representative via email/phone but unfortunately no one in your team is providing me satisfactory answer and on the top everyone is saying I don’t know for the above cause. I would really appreciate if you could look into the matter and provide me the answer for the following 1. Time limit for construction and possession 2. Who will be accountable / Responsible for ICICI Bank loan amount interest (Since Paid amount not in use) 3. Please wave – off late payment of February 2014. 4.     I had invested with Sahara India Pariwar for Rs. 74, 805/- (Swarn Yojna) and Rs. 37, 362/- (Rajat Yojna) dated 13/12/2003 at Deoghar Office of your organization vide receipt no. [protected] and [protected] control no. [protected] and [protected] respectively at of Sahara India Pariwar. The investment matured in the month of may 2014 and the maturity amount were received in the month of August 2014 after deduction of tax at source of Rs. 42, 000/- (Rs. Forty two Thousand only). The tax deducted from my account of Rs. 42, 000/- has not been deposited till date and so Tax credit is not reflected in my 26 AS of Income Tax web site. I have sent several mails in this regard but got no response from Sahara India. I would request you to please interfere in this and take necessary action at the earliest possible and confirm by revert mail stating reasonable time for releasing TDS certificate.

The investment matured in the month of may 2014 and the maturity amount were received in the month of August 2014 after deduction of tax at source of Rs. 42, 000/- (Rs. Forty two Thousand only). The Tax Deducted of Rs. 42, 000/- is not reflected in my 26AS till date. As per provisions of Income Tax Act 1961, TDS certificate should have been received within 15 days of due date of filing TDS return. Thus TDS certificate should have been released to the deductee within 30th October 2014. But disregarding stringent provisions of Income Tax Act, no such certificate have been received till date. I at m regularly following up for the TDS for last 6 months through mails and visit to Sahara Branch at Deoghar, but got no positive response, This is not justified and not acceptable. They are statutorily bound to release TDS certificate and deposit the amount of tax deduction in government accounts. Please take necessary action at the earliest possible and confirm by revert mail stating reasonable time for releasing TDS certificate.

            Dear Sir, I am Phool kumari shaw D/O Shri Kailash Shaw, as an investor of Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Ltd., I was invested in our sector office –Sahara India, Barrakpur Kolkata WB. in “INCOME BONDS” of 3 Nos.amount of Rs 16000/14000/10000 each, the total redemption value is Rs 40000/=, invested on 2010 Date When I went to Sahara office on 2.13pm on Apr 2013 to get My Refund Value, But they told me that your income bonds plan has been stopped on 2012, They have not given any written/ verbally information about it to me during Oct-10 to Feb-13.When I asked my deposited money with interest because I am not interested in Sahara’s other plan, then, they (Branch manager/All staff member of Sahara) totally denied to pay it and forces either to convert these amount to Sahara Q-Shop plan or go to SEBI. They have been keeping my money since 2010 and have not paid single paisa to me, while Sahara Shree M r. S. Ray is giving statement in media that we have paid money to all investors and there is no other claim pending. It is cheating with investor. Therefore, you are requested to look into my complaint and give instructions to Sahara sector office so that we may get our deposited amount with 15% interest up to till date in term of Supreme Court order.and regarding that I Visited To nerest Sebi Office Where Some Member Staff Advised Me, You Should Submit all of Original bond copy With all document Their Office Then I Had Submited My Original docs (Reffrence no.1063 )For My Refund Value on last May 2013, But Still Nobody Responding Me nor Any Kind get Any information I Am Tottaly harrshed Now So kindly Request to You Pls Go Thru The Mail And Do To Needful As per Your Ealiest Thanking you, With Regards, (Phool Kumari Shaw)

              Policy is mature on 28 Oct 2014 and idemand for payment on 19nov2014 and the clerck said it will in 45 day. But today is 23 Apr 2015 and payment was not done. We have been asking for the maturity amount in Anakapalle branch, Visakhapatnam, AndhraPradesh since October, 2014, But they are not responding and keep on postponing to clear the maturity amount.                       My name is irfan ahmad from kashmir. i was watching filmy channel on 12th April 2015 and saw quiz to identify photo of actors of Son of Sardar. Then correctly reply through SMS and after that i recieve a call ([protected]) on 17th April 2015 09:00 AM. Someone told me that i won the quiz contest prize tata vechile worth 1260000/= rupees and transfer 12600/= rupees on account of Ratan Sinha account number [protected] at Central of india Bihta Bihar. Then 12 noon Ratan sinha say me that Ravi kumar call you after few mInutes then he transfer your wining amount to your account and Ravi Kumar call me ([protected])and told me that now transfer 2% of wining amount that was 25200/= rupees. Then 03:00 PM on 17th April 2015 Ravi kumar again told me that now Transfer 49500/= again because its huge wining amount . Now today 18th April 2015 Ravi Kumar again call me and told me transfer 29900/= rupees and i will transfer your wining amount in your account, but they didn't transfer my wining amount to my account. So please please please help me because i am so upset now. i don't know that what they are. i only trust sahara filmy channel because sahara is an international company. So please help me please. i am begging to sahara company please send my money back now i don't want that wining amount.

                      I participated in the same quiz a few days ago. Same thing happened and I got several calls for money to be transfered for registration of a TATA Safari that they said I had won. I refused and I kept getting calls from different numbers and still do. They were even abusing me.

                      Non refund of Rs 100000 deposited with Sahara India Pariwar .

                              Dear sir/madam, Its very sorry and shock for us to inform you that my sister has two Sahara' Bonds and their maturity time has completed nearly 10 months ago, since that time we are following the payment on personnel visit at sahara office, phone calls and whatever they are suggesting to us. etc, but they are not giving us single rupee. we have lost around Rs 5, 000/- in that procedure. Please let me know what should I do now. where should we complain against them? Should we again spend money to get our money? Please help us so that people can live peacefully and concentrate in their development not in these issues. Hope that someone can help!

                                      sir, Even after four months i applied for the refund of Maturity amount Rs.20, 000/- (duly attaching Death certificate of my father, indemnity bond to receive funds on behalf of nominees of my children) when i go to branch (Bhimavaram branch, west godavari district, Andhra Pradesh) are simply telling that this month you will get from the last four months, it is not been materialised as on today.no proper reply and they are unable to tell the status also.
