Inviting a kind reference on the captioned subject, I am to say that I Sri Ajay Kumar Gupta deposit an amount of Rs 7000.00 bearing A/c No- [protected], in Balasore Branch.in sahara silver year labh yojana scheme. Due to facility of company by draw I get a benefit coupen of Rs 5000.00.
As per company rule prize benefit coupon shall be utilized as purchase of consumer product. I applied that and I get an advice. I want to purchase a DVD system on the benefit coupen. I brought this my Branch Manager and he give me the Shopping mall staff mobile number-[protected] namely Shusil Mishra. I contact the person more then 100 times by call and given to him message. But no reply has yet been received. Shopping mall at Bhubaneswar is 200 K.M. distance from our branch or home. I go to the Shopping mall more then 10 times. Always he say that consumer product not available. Asked him when consumer product is available. He say that contact me by phone or SMS. But contact him no reply has been received. He not received phone or nor reply any sms.
In this connection my advice was lapsed and I re demand my account number. But no advice is yet been received.
I am not only a account holder but also I am an field worker at Balasore Branch bearing code No[protected]. as a cader of Sr. Co- Ordinater.
I am to say that when an agent found many problems to get prize on benefit coupon then a simple depositor found how many problems in the same thing.
I therefore requested to find a solution and contact the incharge of shopping of the shopping mall and Consumer product [ DVD/ T.V.] is available or not and send a reply to me.
