dear concern,
i have applied for sahara plots two year ago with initial amount rs. 10000. and few months back i have received two beneficiary coupon of rs. 10000 each from sahara corp office. but the advice of it not get after min. 100 times reah the kaithal sahara office. all staff is very uncocoperative and as i got advice with half value when i reached its gurgaon office sahara mall even they said that they don't have sufficient things to give. plz help.

      I have been approched by a person called Mr Rajneesh Madan from Sahara city homes and his mobile no is :- [protected] in the year 2003 and he told me that sahara india is making their shara city at chokandi in new delhi near palam vihar and he take me to show the location and they have a office of shara their and i find the location good and he told me that i have to pay RS 1, 00, 000/- and after three years they will make this city and i they will give me a 5room drawing dining Banlo ( house ) and i just have to pay RS 23, 00, 000/- at the time of allotment.

      So i have paid him INR 1, 00, 000/- on dated - 5th December 2003 but till now after seven years nothing had happned and all my dreams of having my own house is broken and i feel like dying because od sahara india fake promises.

      I am help less and dont understand what to do .

      Please help me as i am very help less and going in depression and if somthing happens to me i held sahara india responsibal for it .

      I Have just spoken to Mr Rajeesh Madan today that is 24th jan 09 and he told me that in another six month the project is starting and i will get my house in 2012 for sure .

      Tell me what to do he is still cheating .

      Unfortunately, I worked with Sahara. I did quit after I gone through some unprofessional issues in the company. I am also a consumer like you. This is in referrence to: [protected]. I am sorry to tell you that if you apply for prematurity now, you will be asked to convert the amount[with interest] to some other F.D. or get the amount back with 20 per cent less. I am not trying to scare you. This is just about what is going to happen. It's hard to believe that such a tycoon like Sahara provides pathetic service. That's not all.
      The worst part is, the deducted amount is included in T.D.S. I am still wondering why I've to pay tax when I did already to the Govt. by my employer. No other bank insisted to pay T.D.S. on F.D.s ever in my knowledge. Can anyone please answer this?

        This is to bring to your kind attention that i had booked a home in Sahara Rajat Yojna control no. [protected] and deposited Rs. 10, 000 on Nov 22, 2003 at Branch Mandi Dhanura. I had contacted Sahara office to get my refund but did not got any satisfactory answer.

        As it is almost five years, this is to request you to kindly take my problem into consideration and do the needful in this regards.

          i had applied for flat at chandigarh in saharacity in 2005, , .company promised to give possesion of flat inthe last of 2008, but to our despair there is no planning of making any flats, whenever we tried to enquire about it, company did not answer satisfactory, where company had multiply its assets manyfolds with our money & to our illfate they are denying even intrest on our money if we withdraw ourmoney . we feel betrayed for reposing faith in india's most reputed pariwar

            we invested a large sum of money in the sahara city homes scheme for confirmation booking of a dwelling unit in ncr region.
            neither we got a dwelling unit nor the total amount including the interest back.
            when we demanded the amount back we are being provided only with the principle amount without any interest for 3.5 years.
            we consider ourselves being cheated by sahara and also the office staff which is the worst ever seen, they do not have any knowledge regarding the schemes, even the senior most staff people included.

              I have had no response till now.
              It looks that Sahara is cheating all the customers.

              After reading the above mentioned complains related to Sahara Swarnt/Rajat Yojna, i have noticed one thing that grievances are related to refund and transfer of accounts.
              I would like to say only one thing that I've faced several grivances of public towards the investment refund problems and specially about the above scheme of M/s Sahara India. But, after analyzing the process and detail of account it has cleared that such accounts has opened at specified branch of the company and party has changed the address (district, state level) and they had forget to transfer thier account to related transfered location. In such case the refund application which required to be submitted in realted branch couldn't be done and in such situation investor use to ask through email/fax/tele-con about the status of such accounts. But they forget that bank has right to keep secret the status of any account. You may try it any nationalise bank also, ask to them about status of any account through fax/email/tele-con they will never tell u the balance etc. whenever u don't use to be present at branch with related documents which certify that the queried account is yours. Ya..i know some private bank like icici bank etc use to tell the balance through customer care telephone but remember that they also ask about the indentification/secret code before answering your query.
              So, don't worry the payment is not being delayed by M/s Sahara India and company is in very strong financial situtaion but no any company could break the norms (as above). So, try to contact on your related branch (where u had opened your account) and then your problem could be solved.

              आपकी समस्या को देखकर ये स्पष्ट है कि आपके साथ व्यावहारिक समस्या हुयी है और आप उस से आहत भी हैं. लेकिन एक बात सुझाव के तौर पर कहना चाहूँगा कि प्रायः हरेक संस्थान में कुछ अच्छे लोग भी होते हैं और कुछ तनाव के कारण बुरा व्यवहार कर बैठते हैं जाने-अनजाने में जो एक मानव-व्यवहार ही कहा जा सकता है.

              मेरे सुझाव से आपको ऐसे कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध उनके अधिकारी के समक्ष उपस्थित होकर बात करनी चाहिए और अपने समस्या का निराकरण के लिए कहा जाना चाहिए. जहां तक विधिक-सहायता कि बात है, ये आप भी जानते हैं कि हरेक न्यायलय में लंबित मुकदमो कि लम्बी फेहरिश्त है और हरेक मुक़दमे के निस्तारण में काफी लम्बा समय लगता है. ग्राहक को अपने पैसे का अविलम्ब वापसी का कारण यह होता है कि वह उस पैसे का सदुपयोग कर सके और नयायालय कि वर्तमान स्थिति को देखते हुए मैं आपको ये बात तो जरुर बता सकता हूँ कि आपके मामले को निपटाने में न्यायलय को कम से कम ३-४ साल जरुर लगेंगे और अंततः फैसला यही होना है कि आपको आपका पैसा बैंक से वापस हो जायेगा और शायद विधिक-कार्यवाही में जो पैसा खर्च हुआ है उसकी "जायज" रकम वापस मिलेगी. लेकिन जरा सोचिये कि वो पैसा ३-४ साल उसी बैंक में रहा और उसका लाभ अपरोक्ष रूप से बैंक को ही मिला आपके पास वही आया जो आपको ३-४ साल पहले मिलना था.

              अतः आपको सुझाव देना चाहूँगा कि आप सम्बन्धी कार्यालय के अधिकारी से मिलें और मिलकर अपनी समस्या पर सादगी से बात करें. आज के वर्तमान परिस्थिति में तनाव के कारण आक्रोश और अव्यवहारिक होना आम रूप से देखा जा रहा है लेकिन व्यक्ति को उस में उलझने से बेहतर है कि अपने लाभ और उद्देश्य को प्राथमिकता देते हुए बीच का रास्ता निकालने का प्रयास करे.

From last three month ago i am facing. but i am getting same error "contact to cashyer." when i disscussed my problem with branch cashyer he did not given a proper response and told me that i don't know about same response i got from IT officer of sahara india pukhrayan. I dont want to say but i am very mentally harrased from sahara india cashyer branch pukhrayan . He is not able to do anything daily everybody has been disapponted Town pukhrayan is very reputed in kanpur dehat.               I am Narinder Kaur and I invested in multiple Sahara's scheme deposits of which 11 have matured and have been awaiting for maturity/amount to be disbursed. The earlier deposit matured was on February 2019 and latest was on March 2020.

              I have called the branches (Delhi's: Kashmere Gate & Jagatpuri) numerous times; however, I have not had satisfactory response from anyone as of yet. I have also sent multiple emails but haven't received a response on a single email from last 1.5 years.

              I request you to kindly direct the appropriate authority at the relevant branch to release the amount at the earliest.
