Sir, We had paid the E.Shine bonds on[protected], it got matured on[protected], yet we didn't get any amount. It crossed one and half year after matured. The person who is alloted here by you for this particular, is not responding properly. So please make the issue serious and give us the exact response about the period of time to get our amount.

My name is Sushila Devi. I am 68 years old, from Delhi. I had bought two Sahara E shine bond on 28/06/2011, one for Rs. 10, 000 having maturity amount of Rs. 22, 640 and other for Rs. 15000 having maturity amount of Rs. 33960, had same maturity date i.e. 28/06/2019.

I have tried contacting Kashipur branch and Lucknow office for the maturity amount but all efforts went in vain. I am requesting the audthorities of this forum to help me getting my hardearned money back.

This is to inform you that, I Shahid Akhtar, S/o Jonaid Akhtar, worked with Sahara India Financial Corporation Ltd,
since Date: 29.12.2004 to 31.01.2017 (Sahara Appointment letter attached)
but as per PF office records my date of Joining 01.02.2004 and Relieving date: 31.01.2017 (Copy attached)
with UAN:[protected] and Member ID- UPLKO[protected]
and I am regularly following the PF Office as well as the Sahara Office for withdraw PF amount.

My PF withdrawal application was rejected by the PF office 3 times due to unknowing reasons and the fourth time rejected due to
1. Dues and Deposits with Annual Return of Past Pension service & Contribution is not verified till date
2. Father's name Differ

I don't know what is the reason behind the above remarks given by PF Office,
as on the same details I got a claim for my other Employer (SAHARAYN UNIVERSAL MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LIMITED).

Now please see the matter on an urgent basis, as I am in great financial trouble,
and not able to use my money which was deposited for survival when I don't have Job.

Since last Two Years, I am regularly following up and visited 4 times to Lucknow Sahara and PF Office
and I am harnessed by you, and now I am in position to die/ survive if I didn't get the money / amount in my account within 30 days.

I have booked a unit in Sahara City homes Jaipur in the year 2005 and paid the booking amount. When asked for further amount in the year 2009, I have again paid the amount asked by company so to allot the unit. Unit c8/705 was allotted and Further the company has fixed for 36 equal installments and promised to handover the unit with in 38 months after receiving all the instalments. I have paid full amount in September 2012 including service tax and interest on delayed payment. Even after visiting several times to sight and writing letters no response is given. My request that full amount with interest at the rate 15% which company has also charged should be given immediately. Thanks

How disgusting people you all are. My amount got matured even before 2 years. They planned and renewed the policy and after 2 years when I went to take my money repeatedly making me run to the office and also now it's again one year that I am running to the office but not getting my money and the manager is hiding and all the rest staff are saying we can't do anything. I want my money in cash within a week. I don't want to listen a single excuse. Otherwise I will be forced to move towards police station.

My father who is a business man had invested some of his money in a scheme of Sahara India Pariwar, but during the time of maturity the manager of Big bazaar branch, Cuttack, Odisha is saying us that they cannot give us the MATURITY VALUE and if somehow they gave it, then also we have to invest half of it again in the same scheme... I want to enquire that it is not compulsory to again invest the money then how is that manager say us like this...

A my bonds has matured on March 2019 till now i did not received the maturity amount even after submitting proper documents and repeated reminders. So, please help me to resolve the issue asap.

I did some deposit in shara india for some tenure and now tenure is completed, but unfortunately I am not getting my money back. Whenever I am going to sahara office(local office nearby my city).my maturity is completed in May but he said due to covid it has been extended for 3 month after this he said u will get money 45 days but after this he said come next month. And 6 month has been completed so far Please help

I, LALLAN PRASAD, the nominee of schemed named SUPER BB, E-SHINE, special fixed and F2A- SELECT amounting Rs. 21, 68, 158.00 in the name of my wife, Late Manju Gupta, expired on 27th Feb’2019. Authorized agent of these certificates is Mr. NAGENDRA PRASAD, Agent #[protected] C.F.M, S.K Puri Patna. All the certificates duly signed by me have been submitted in your branch for payment by Death maturity verification reported on 31st July ‘2019 (Enclosed).
Regarding this, I have received Rs. 8, 03, 724.00 through cheques on 31st December’ 2019 and 24th January’2020 received from the agent - Mr. Nagendra Prasad until now and the rest converted certificate in the scheme (which us unknown to me) are with Mr. Nagendra Prasad, the agent – who hasn’t handed over the original certificate to me until now.
For certificate, I have tried to contact Mr. Nagendra Prasad on his Cell phone#1: [protected] and Cell Phone#2: [protected] multiple times, but he has been avoiding responding from last 1 plus years.
Therefore, request you to enquire regarding this and direct the agent to hand over all my certified immediately.
