          sahara india a-select f2 After her maturity period the payment has not received

          Address: 80, karol, near naurangabaad chauraha city- etawah distt. etawah u.p.

          Dear sir,
          I have 5 fd in sahara f2 a select scheme in credit co operative society. After her maturity period the payment has not recieved here the branch manager and his agent says i will give you 20% of the money and rest to make another fd for same period this is a type of annoying for the customer.
          So kindly i request for full payment of my fd....

          I had deposited an amount of rs.14000/- in saharayn universal multipurpose society ltd. During 7th november 2014 and the same has been matured during 7th november 2017.
          Number of times i approached to the concerned branch but they are reluctant to release matured policy amount.

              My certificate no.[protected], maturity date 11/12/19. Whenever i approached for my money to authorised centre code 2147 lal bangla kanpur. They are always asking excuses and not helping to release my money. I have asked to them is there any facility to deposit my certificate in q to get money after. They are telling there is no facility like this. When money will come u will get. I asked when it will come they are telling i do not know. Please help how get my money. To whom i should contact to resolve my problem.

                I have done all the process to claim my
                Fund. It is about 18, 000 rupees only. Whenever i asked to manager about my money he said your money will be credited into your account. But it has been around 6 year he has not done
                Payment. Now kindly tell me what should i do. Pls provide me shara consumer complaint number (A lots number available on google but they didn't accept the phone) which is in service.

                        We submitted our hard earned money in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited (PVT) . But unfortunately company don't return our money after submission of all documents.

                        My wife (late Sunita devi) has expired in the month of June 2016. She had some investment in Sahara credit co-operative society, Narnaul, Haryana, which got matured in 2020. But we submitted our all documents in 2016 to get our money.
