I had already submitted my complaint on 22 june, 2020 under complaint id: 2648500, regarding non payment of matured schemes by sahara india company franchise chand bagh (5505) and yamuna vihar (2122), delhi but till date (July11, 2020) nobody from company has contacted me for that issue. I just want to ask every respected person related to company that is how you deal with these kind of issues, my heart get sank whenever i use these kind of harsh remarks. Sir i'm again pleading please take some action on my complaint or this can be a major disaster for company's image. For an instance an old man asks for his payment on maturity as he needs for his paralysed wife's treatment but no one paid attention towards him this kind of attitude is against the humanitarian grounds. The company had promised to give payment on maturity and when that man need money nobody helped him out. Sir, i have nothing against the company but your workers are just so unprofessional. Kindly take some necessary steps regarding this mismanagement.

I am a small vendor i saved daily 50-100 rs daily in sahara india parivar for 3 year and now it got matured but still manager not paying my maturity amount so please resolve these issue as early as possible

2. I have deposited my hard earned money to your esteem sahara india bank, munger as fixed deposit for my future urgent needs as per details mentioned below:-

3. I had already submitted all policy in original on 20 may 2019 on maturity to the branch manager, sahara india, munger (Bihar). He said that the amount will be given in due course of time. But, i have not received my matured amount till date (After completion of one year) after giving an assurance by your esteem office.

4. I am in emergent need of the aforesaid money for myself treatment.

5. Mr. Anil kumar working in this branch has misbehaved and illtreated with me and also refused to give my matured amount stating that will not give your amount and you go anywhere.

6. It is requested that the aforesaid matured amount with one year interest may please be calculated and deposited/transferred in my under mentioned bank account:-

Dear sir,
My husband, a. Pavan kumar, had paid the amount of rs.300/- per month for five years in the sahara real estate bond with control number [protected] starting from[protected] in the machilipatnam branch, krishna (Dt.), andhra pradesh. But at the end of five years, our amount was not refunded to us and the officials are not responding properly. They are not telling properly what to do and how to proceed further. We do not know what to do and hence we are lodging a complaint here.

Kindly clear the matter and refund the amount as early as possible.

One of our fd got matured in may'20 but when asked about payment, their manager is asking us to reinvest for another 3 years.
Apart from that i have multiple mis accounts which are supposed to be paid monthly but they do not pay for 3-4 months and force us to run to them again and again.

The certificates were issued for three years.
But after completing three years, mahendra garh office did not bother to pay.
So, i tried to shift my both the cases to meerut, as because after retirement, i left chattisgarh. And i can follow up in meerut. I want urgent redeem.

Now during last one years, manendragarh office is saying, that your files have been transferred to meerut. But meerut office is saying that they have not received.
Kindly look into the matter, and arrange redeem of both the certificate at the earliest.

Have purchased a policy of sahara super 24 2 years back the said policy is already mecture but when i had call to the branch the branch manager had told me that your mecturity amount will release after sept 2020 my policy's mecturity date was 1st june 2020 the said policy is under judition of dhoraji gujrat falling under jamnagar region my membership no is [protected]
Please do the needful in this matter because i have emence requirement of money in lieu of the lockdown my business has gone down for that i need some liquidity for compansion

I deposite a recaring a/c in sahara, but after matured in2015, i visite so many time of yours office but your staff are harrising me and my passbook also collect form me. So i wise to refund my matured amount other wise i support legal steps.

I have stated recurring deposit from 01.01.2016 for 4 years with rs 3000 monthly and completed on 31.12.2019. Maturity date is january 2020. But till date no maturity amount given to me.

My father had fixed his hard earned money with Sahara india (Dakshin Kolkata) on 27/01/2016 for 36 month. As per certificate, it should hv been matured on 27/01/2019 but till date we r not getting any proper response even after following with the agent up.

Fixed deposit of 1 lakh, 8 years, deposited on 2012, got matured in march 2020 with piro, bhojpur, bihar branch of yours, parents on maturity denied but when persuaded on several occasions the dealing branch agreed to release only 20% and balance required to be kept with them for uncertain period, it's unethical approach, i m senior citizen and like to withdrew whole proceeds with up to date interest, this probably the last opportunity being given to your office to settle the grievances delaying hereon may force me to approach or esclate the matters to regulators including rbi ombudsman at your risks and responsibility. Please note further delaying may expose you to pay for mental aginy in addition to my deposited fund up to a amount of 20 lakh. Hope you treat and take my matter seriously and revert soon.
