Sir i had invested rs 10000 in advance for q shop goods plan vide receipt serial number [protected] dated 18 feb 2014.
Sir the bond got matured on 05 mar 2019 but the maturity amount has been received so far. Sir i had visited several time at sahara office but they are stating that under this scheme the maturity amount will given later. Sir i am serving soldier and no time to visit office daily.
In this connection pl see into the matter and help me to provide my money.

We have purchased q shop certificate of sahara india pariwar, maturity has already been completed but we didn't get any payment till now.
When we went to the bank and ask them for our payment they said that payment are not given right now and tell us to wait but still we didn't get payment.
So requesting you to provide us payment from the sahara india pariwar.

I smt gouribala satapathy have deposited rs31452 on[protected] on the above scheme for a period of 36 months at niali branch office under nimapara sector office. After 11 months of my maturity date i have not got my maturity. There is no response neither from the agent nor from the branchhead. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Otherwise i will bound to knock the doors of your higher office or any legal way....

We have purchased 13 sahara unique deposit scheme rs 10, 000/- in 29.08.2007. For five years. But till date we can not received money till now, my sister marriage will be plan in jun so we need payments. I am tryimg to say and request to make payments many times but does not get any proper response.
Please provide legal procedures to get payment fro sahara. We have all legal compliance.

I am lanu hazarika. I was a agent of sahara india. I was given them many accounts but when the maturity is come they ignore to give the maturity amounts. They said thet their is a case against them in court and they can't give maturity because case is runing. I couldn't complete the tenure due to my critical health with a serious ♋ (Cancer) in my Uterus and Ovarian wall and had to undergo the treatment. At present I have survived and living with continuous support and follow-ups, Regular medicinal use both in the field of Ayurvedic as well as Pranayam...I don't know how long I can survive. Sir,
I am a resident of hubli karnataka. While making an investment in post my agent said he would get better commission and get me about 10% return on investment, he suggested to invest in sahara india q2 bonds. I invested two bonds of rs. 40000 each total rs. 80000., and rs. 5000 rd since 2013 till 2016. And the agent due to his some problems absconded. Later in 2018 he asked to re-invest in star multipurpose cooperative society bonds.
Other day when i went to get the claim, they told the rd maturity will be 'thought of giving in parts' and the fds will see only after maturity. Looking the office status and their way of communication, i feel i have been cheated as i may not get any returns. Can i have a suggestion from you how to go about it and what to to do. I am in need of money badly for achademic year fees of my children. Please guide me how to go about it. Total invested money is rs 2.4lacs
Now my motheris sickness has put me in the debts, i need money badly and this sahara india is not responding at all. I need my invested money badly. Kindly do some thing and re pay my money please…

I have deposits in sahara. A. Select of 19 certificates from a/c no.[protected] to [protected] of 04.12.2012 at sahara india. The maturity date was 04.12.2016.
Similarly, in sahara. E. Shine of 19 certificates from a/c no.[protected] to [protected] of 05.01.2012 in the same branch. The maturity date was 05.01.2020.
Another deposits in d36 golden vm of 14 certificates from a/c no.[protected] to[protected] of 29.02.2016. The maturity date was 28.02.2019.
Deposits in sahara. A. Select-348000/-, sahara. E. Shine-285000/- and d36 golden vm-343758/-.
Now, i want to get my matured amount back as i have got several essential works to do. I have approached several times at sahara india, but they are unable to pay when i am in real need. So,

We have spoken to bank manager as well but he is equally useless and not helped us and has been buying time endlessly. Need a solution as we family emergency. However, the same is not refund till date. I tried many time for contact with your representative but, no any person found as “sahara india parivar agent”.

You are requested to give direction on the subject and release my redemption amount please.

Emergency staff behaviour - on 23rd jan 2020 i came sahara hospital instructed by doctor richa for delivery. I reached hospital at night 9:30pm.
This our 2nd delivery and have son of 2.5 year and left him at neighbour house as me n wife both are new in lucknow. Initially we were in bangalore and the case with apollo cradle

We went apollo cradle initially but did not liked the service so we came sahara. The nurse guided us so well n dr richa was so helpful that we decided to continue with sahara.

But today when we came for admission in emergency at night 9:30pm suddenly seems like we are in govt hospital. The behaviour of emergency doctor was so rude that he is not at all responsible for any patient.
He did not checked the file and asked us to deposit the amount.
We asked for private room but they said it is not available but i told doctor that we had word with dr richa so we have to shift to private ward n then morning she will come n induce the pain. He is not ready to listen so i started arguing with on my rights that when i am paying amount so why you people disturbing my wife when we had clear picture of what to do but they were not ready to consult doctor n told me that u have to shift to monitoring room as private room is not available.
Now my point over here ideally 1st emergency doctor has to check file or spoke to concern doctor then he has to guide me n doctor has to talk to us not their nurses n he suddenly went on call.
I mean i was so disturbed that suddenly “sala” word came out of my mouth n they ppl called security n asked me to go out of hospital n other old doctor who was not at all in picture now told me that we will not take your case. Do whatever you wana do.
I mean how can ppl behave like this although my wife n me said sorry as well on our words.
Now they shifted the whole matter to word sala n drama started n all security guards around me as if i am carrying gun.
Then my wife who were so tired told them to call richa and understand case other wise she will call dr richa.
Then they called n she said the same words that shift patient to private room.

My whole point to raise this issue over here is why you put such a uneducated doctors who are following same process for every patient when every patient has different suggestion by doctor.
You should not put such uneducated doctors in emergency who do not have any understanding how to handle patient n listen them n understand the case.
