प्रिय महोदय,
मैं देव कुमार चौधरी, ग्राम & पोस्ट – केवरा, थाना पुनपुन, जिला पटना के निवासी हूँ।9 वर्षों से मैं दिल्ली मे रह रहा हूँ। वर्ष 2009 से मेरा 41000/- रुपया सहारा पटना, (बिहार) ब्रांच मे फंसा है और बार-बार मेरे पैसे को मैचयूरीटी के बाद नए-नए स्कीम मे लगा कर मुझे टहलाया रहा है। 11200/- रुपये तो मेरा इसने गायब ही कर दिया। इस 11200/- रुपये का सर्टिफिकेट[protected] मे पूरा होना था, किन्तु इसके मैचयूरीटी पर जब मेरा एजेंट इस सर्टिफिकेट को ले कर ऑफिस गया तो वहाँ उसे कहा गया कि इसका पैसा[protected] मे ही निकाल गया है। मैं दूसरे प्रदेश मे रह रहा हूँ। मेरा एजेंट इसका सारा कम देखता है लेकिन उसने भी यह बात मुझे नहीं बताया। जब मेरी पत्नी गाँव गई और एजेंट से नया सर्टिफिकेट मांगा तब पता चला की उस सर्टिफिकेट का पैसा पहले ही निकाल गया है जबकि मुझे यह पैसा मिला ही नहीं। अगर मैं पैसा निकालता तो सर्टिफिकेट मेरे पास नहीं होता, वह सहारा ले लेता। इसका मतलब कि मेरा पैसा या तो सहारा के कर्मचारी अकेले या मेरे एजेंट के साथ मिल कर हड़प गया है। मेरे सारे सर्टिफिकेट का ब्योरा इस प्रकार है:

सभी का मैचूरिटि डेट-[protected], मैचूरिटि रकम - 31060/- प्रत्येक का।
5 वर्ष का रेकरिंग डिपॉज़िट- 3000/- प्रत्येक छमाही। आरंभ-11/2009, मैचूरिटि डेट- 11-2014।
सभी को 2012 मे बादल कर निम्नांकित सर्टिफिकेट जारी किया गया
सहारा क्यू शॉप:
होलोग्राम न॰[protected]डिपॉज़िट डेट-1-9-12- जमा रकम-13900/- मैचूरिटि डेट-1-3-2019,
होलोग्राम न॰[protected]डिपॉज़िट डेट-7-9-12- जमा रकम-13900/- मैचूरिटि डेट-7-3-2019 होलोग्राम न॰[protected]डिपॉज़िट डेट-6-9-12- जमा रकम-13900/- मैचूरिटि डेट-6-3-2019, होलोग्राम न॰[protected]डिपॉज़िट डेट-2-6-12- जमा रकम-11200/- मैचूरिटि डेट-6-3-2019
उपरोक्त आरंभ के तीन सर्टिफिकेट के बदले 2018 मे निम्नांकित सर्टिफिकेट जारी किया गया और उपरोक्त चौथा सर्टिफिकेट को यह कह कर रद्द कर दिया गया कि इसका पैसा 1-1-2015 मे निकल गया है जबकि सर्टिफिकेट मेरे पास था और कैंसिल किया हुआ अभी भी मेरे पास है। उपरोक्त तीनों सर्टिफिकेट मेरी पत्नी संजु चौधरी के नाम से था और चौथा सर्टिफिकेट मेरे नाम से था।

I am mrs. Anju k from ajmer victim of it. I had booked the flat in sahara city homes jaipur. And paid all the installments of it. They promised me to give its possession in 2012 but till date there is no sign of it. I visited the site and its local authorities many times but they don't give any concrete reply. I am fed up and disappointed with their behavior. I had taken housing loan from the bank and they demand home papers for mortgage but they say due to government banning on transaction we cannot help you. Apart from this i have many fds of this company which matured last year but till date no payments is given to me. I am worried about my hard earned money. I am also with you all. So all o[censored]s should get together to fight against them like aamrapali housing project who got justice.
So union is strength. Fight for justice.

I am a agent of sahara india pariwar i work from lahar distt. Bhind i deposit my tds but the branch of lahar is not submit my tds to the government. So the details of tds is not shown in my 26as and i am unable to take the credit of tds deposited by me, i request you to please take a step regarding my complaint and do a necessary action so that they deposited the tds.

Hi we have received star multipurpose cooperative society limited bonds, after the issue happen with sahara. Even manager came to our house and converted the bonds to super bb.

Now after 5 years we had a maturity date and when we are asking no body is responding positively since from 3 months.

They say today tomorrow and so on. Can you let me know how can we get the money of invested. We are running out of money...

My wife has two accounts in sahara b. Money bearing no's.[protected] and [protected]. She is not getting monthly interests since the month of october 2018 and facing tremendous harassment from your bansdroni branch, kolkata (Contact no.- [protected]).
Being a senior citizen, i physically visited bansdroni branch five to six times but till today my wife has not received monthly interests or any favourable response from bansdroni branch.
Kindly make an arrangement for the payment of monthly interest as per terms and conditions of the scheme or payback the principal amount in full i[censored]nable to pay the monthly interest.

I had purchased fd under sahara india commercial corporation ltd, sahara "t" scheme for rupees 5000 rupees on29 th mach 2006 and maturity date is 29 may 2018.
Another under sahara "d" scheme i had purchased 10000 rupees on 19 may 2006 and maturity date is 19 jan 2015.
My sahara branch is located in bihar, maharajganj branch.
The branch manager name is mr. Ajay kumar singh.
Ai approach to him after my maturity date, afetr all fullfilling procedure as he asking i provided, but i am totally upset that now after 5 years he is trying to give only consolation that wait fund is coming then i can give.
A copy of these fd herewith enclosed.
Please do the needful to providing my maturity amount.
They are lingering only. Now please check that how long year completed but they are only delaying.

I opened a account in sahara. M. Benefit on 24/05/13 with account number - [protected] name - darshana priyadarshani, with denomination of ₹3000 for the tenure of 60 months. My tenure has completed long ago and maturity time has crossed. Therefore i request you to kindly pay my money and the agent which got introduce me to this scheme is not responding.

Complaint against sahara city homes, chandigarh. Flat booked at chd in 2003 with 5% advance booking amt. For 2 bedroom + penthouse for 22.22 lacs and balance 95% was to be given in instalments after allotment letter, not allotted till date, i filed case
In consumer forum-1, chd in 2007, decision came in my favour but still not complied with court decision, then again i filed case in may, 2014...

सादर अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी की दो साबधि जमा खातों की सहारा इण्डिया में मैच्युरिटी होनी थी।जिनका कुल भुगतान क्रमशः [protected] खाता नं o पर 52826 रु तथा खाता नं o [protected] पर 53477रु है। परंतु प्रार्थी को सहारा इण्डिया शाखा पूरनपुर जिला पीलीभीत यूपी से चेक संख्या 367939 दिनांक[protected] द्वारा 36826रु एवं चेक संख्या 367940 दिनांक[protected] द्वारा 57477 रु ही भुगतान किया गया। शेष राशि के बारे में शाखा से जानकारी पर पता लगा की प्रार्थी की जानकारी के बिना 32000 रु की fd कर दी गयी है।
जबकि प्रार्थी को इस बारे में कुछ बताया ही नहीं गया और न ही प्रार्थी कभी fd कराने के लिए शाखा पर गया।
कृपया मामले को संज्ञान में लेकर प्रार्थी के शेष धनराशि का भुगतान करवाने की कृपा करेँ

Dear sir,
I invested rs 60, 000 in 2006 in sahara real state. This amount was never paid and even they then didn't paid the money on maturity on repeated request.
They preasurised and reinvested the money in sahara abode bond (Sahara q shop) in 2010 stating that the company has no money to repay.
Now when in september 2018 sahara q shop bonds are matured they are saying they don't have money to repay. Sir the company don't have intention to repay a small investor like me.
You are requested to help me to get the principal and interest component for last 13 years. I am a 81 year old school teacher who has invested in this fraud company from my hard saving. Please help.

I had 14 bonds in name of Janki Devi of Sahara Special scheme which has matured on 30 Jun 2019. But the Shivnagar branch of Sahara is not paying the amount.
The branch manager Mr Bhagwati Prasad is declining to pay the matured amount and he is challenging me to go to any higher level.
I have an urgent requirement of money.
Please resolve the matter otherwise I will compliant to SEBI.

I have tried calling the Sahara customer support number as my old account in Sahara India had lots of money invested, but due to lack of there customer support I am not able to retrieve it at all. I called at +[protected] they gave me number of lucknow zone office i.e.[protected] and the guy who picked up call refused to give me his name, and he was very rude he didn't give me any detail and said "Jo karna h kar lo".

Dear sir, my name is amit kumar mishra. I opened an rd account in sahara in september 2013 which is completed in september 2018. But i have not been payment yet. The manager of that branch has been telling me that sahara has no money from 10 consecutive months. He is refusing to pay full payment to me from 9 months continuously. I told him that i have faith in sahara. You put my paper in queue whenever the payment is done but he will not be ready to put my paper in queue. He is constantly making pressure on me to fix 50000. But he did not understand my situation. But i'm not in a position to fix it at all. Please help me get the full payment from mr. Rajesh. I had done fd before 13 years in sahara q shop but when maturity completed agents and manager told that it had to be convert in other scheme, i did and convert in three years sahara i complete scheme, and now it has been matured but amount is not given by manager, he says convert in other scheme, but i want money because m in need, so please solve this issue asap.

We have an rd of amount 2k/month for 5 years but after 5 years they denied to make payment.. Reason shortage of fund... Again they insisted to make the fd of the maturity amount... We did it because we didn't have any option. Now still we have complete doubt that they would not make payment at the time of maturity...
