With reference to above subject we humbly submit that i had open above mentioned account on 23.09.2013 with monthly deposit rs.1300/- (Total deposit rs.78000). After maturity of scheme i visit the m. Ramalingam branch for the refund of maturity amount but branch manager has not been accepted my maturity claim at that time i need my money most so i visit regularly but they denied to refund the claim.

Kindly refund my whole maturity amount as early as possible.

Dear sir/madam, i have deposited rs.700/- monthly for 5 years against account no. [protected] dated 29/03/2012 towards sahara. M. Benefit scheme with application no:[protected] pass book no: 3710. The account was opened at vijayawada branch, falls under the region of andhra pradesh. As per the term (I. E; 5 years) it got matured on 29/03/2017. However even after my surrender of all corresponding documents at vijayawada branch i am unable to get my maturity amount so far. As i have followed up several times, but they are not communicating the facts, what actually happening with sahara or particularly with this scheme. Please let me know the present status of the scheme. They have shifted their office to some other address. No one has any idea where the office is located now. Kindly inform me, my mob. I deposited a sum of inr 1lac (Rs. 1, 00, 000/-) as fd in saharayn universal multipurpose society ltd., for a period of 3 years from the date of deposit. This company, upon approaching for my payment due on 06-jan-2018, is not releasing the same payment. I am struggling to get this payment from this company. I have written several mails to sahara on their official mail id [protected]@sahara.in but not even a single time they replied. I am not only the sahara agent but also the sahara customer who is in need of money for many of the accounts which are under me or on my name or on my family's name but all the time manager is trying to make us fool. He is not doing any payment for us. He is forcing people to convert their amount to any other scheme so that it can be unpaid again but we want our money and for that they have to clear it anhow.

As i bought one plan on 6-jan-2014 through nitin singh. And it's crossed the maturity date but still did not get my money back. Discussed many times. Sahara hyderabad - chandanagar branch manager is refusing to pay back the customer amount also after completing the period.

My name is shiva prasad as there is personal medical emergency i need amount. I was deposited amount of 100 every day till 2 years. I just want to collect that amount for the emergency case. I am visiting sahara hyderabad chandanagar office from 6 months, but the manager is saying to come after 15 days 1 week he is saying.

Please help us in refunding the amount.

My investment at sahara india pariwar has completed it's maturity last year, and i have not received any money back yet. I am visiting the sahara office (Tekari road, gaya, bihar) from last year every month but the staff members (Branch manager: rajesh kumar) are not giving proper response. Please consider my complaint about sahara india's irresponsible staff members, and ensure my smooth transfer of my matured money investmented at sahara.

I am Abhishek Mukherjee. I am writing on behalf of my mother Kalpana Mukherjee. My mother is a senior citizen and also her health condition is not well enough.

Kalpana Mukherjee is an old customer of Sahara India. She has various depositery accounts and RD in Sahara India. Only one agent of Bankura, West Bengal Mr. Abhijit Dhabal did all of the accounts.

But at the time of maturity nobody is taking any initiative. My mother Kalpana Mukherjee has follow-up and persued to Abhijit Dhabal and branch manager of Bankura Mr. Prasad for claiming the maturity amount which has been matured on 12.02.2019. But they have given various excuses. Not only that the mentioned agent has taken the amount of Rs. 5000/- from Kalpana Mukherjee for RD purpose in the month of March'19. Now for this reason my mother is stressed and getting unhealthy.

After listening all of the matter I personally visited head office Kolkata ( Sahara Sadan ), but they have ignored me and all of the matters. After lots of supplications Kolkata reception gave me the number of regional office which is at Purulia, West Bengal. After calling at regional office to Mr. N.R. Sarkat he has also given various excuses and me spoke to me that to lies with Mr. Prasad (Bankura Head). My mother already contacted with him, whatever I have tried several times to contact with Mr. Prasad. But lastly he told me that they will not able to pay the maturity amount at present.

Now we are puzzled and confused. My mother is now very depressed.

I m pankaj kumar from himachal pradesh i want to share my problem with you that i invest in sahara india for rd since 2011 and my rd is mature in 2016 but i m not recieve my money from the sahara india office only 50% money they gave me in 2017 and other of that reinvest in fd.. But my fd is mature and they not gave me money... Problem says funds not available... Pls suggest what can i do...

My father sarat chandra panda had invested 5 deposit in the year 2000 value at maturity stands at rs 3.50 lacs. These are matured in the year 2014. After maturity these money not received by father. He has approached several times in sahara india but not given. Later in the year 2015 he died. When i approached sahara india initially they told us they will settle with nominee but no action has been initiated by branch even they are not saying what documents it needs. Everytime i have visted i have told that money is not available

I opened a monthly deposit account of 400/- for a tenure of 3 years on 29.10.14. My account was matured on 29.10.17 but still i cannot get my payment. I had booked a 2bhk flat in sahara city, jaipur tonk road location. Amount for the flat has been paid in 2014. Still no communication from sahara for possession of flat.
I know there has been a court settlement issue going on with sahara, which is ok but at least someone from their office should have kept a communication alive.
