My sahara india pariwar invested monthly 1500/-Rs. after 5 yeas has been completed the maturity amount.

My invested amount has been maturity but i have not received any amount and branch manager toll that we have not paid any amount of you.

Please registered my complaint and resolve as soon as possible.

    My name is arun pratap singh and i am writing this email on behalf of my wife mrs. Manoj singh, with regards to rd account. We are trying to withdraw our rd accounts amount. The amount got matured in the month of july 2018 but maturity amount not yet credited to us. We are regularly given a wake-up reminder to branch manager and concerned agent mr. Ram kumar sharma.

    They are constantly pressurized to us for reinvest the amount and take the partial amount in cash. When we request him to pay in full and in cheque he declined to say we can't do that now and does not know how long we have to wait to get this done.

    Our m-benefit rd deposits as below mentioned.

      I have 5 nos fdr of stars multipurpose cooperative society ltd under super bb scheme in name of kalyan mal mali. Policy has already been matured in january 2019.

      It is very shame to inform you that, your sahara india office mr kesar singh rawat (Mobile no [protected] / [protected]) has clearly refused, abusing and telling that i will not made any payment. He has also destroyed my fdr, when i had submitted to him.

      This is neither legally way nor ethically way.

        Till now my mother Mrs.fulo Devi didn't get money ... she got frustrate .

            Dear sir/madam, i have deposited rs.700/- monthly for 5 years against account no. [protected] dated 29/03/2012 towards sahara. M. Benefit scheme with application no:[protected] pass book no: 3710. The account was opened at vijayawada branch, falls under the region of andhra pradesh. As per the term (I. E; 5 years) it got matured on 29/03/2017. However even after my surrender of all corresponding documents at vijayawada branch i am unable to get my maturity amount so far. As i have followed up several times, but they are not communicating the facts, what actually happening with sahara or particularly with this scheme. Please let me know the present status of the scheme. They have shifted their office to some other address. No one has any idea where the office is located now. Kindly inform me, my mob.                   I have written several mails to sahara on their official mail id [protected]@sahara.in but not even a single time they replied. I am not only the sahara agent but also the sahara customer who is in need of money for many of the accounts which are under me or on my name or on my family's name but all the time manager is trying to make us fool. He is not doing any payment for us. He is forcing people to convert their amount to any other scheme so that it can be unpaid again but we want our money and for that they have to clear it anhow.

                                    I am Abhishek Mukherjee. I am writing on behalf of my mother Kalpana Mukherjee. My mother is a senior citizen and also her health condition is not well enough.

                                    Kalpana Mukherjee is an old customer of Sahara India. She has various depositery accounts and RD in Sahara India. Only one agent of Bankura, West Bengal Mr. Abhijit Dhabal did all of the accounts.

                                    But at the time of maturity nobody is taking any initiative. My mother Kalpana Mukherjee has follow-up and persued to Abhijit Dhabal and branch manager of Bankura Mr. Prasad for claiming the maturity amount which has been matured on 12.02.2019. But they have given various excuses. Not only that the mentioned agent has taken the amount of Rs. 5000/- from Kalpana Mukherjee for RD purpose in the month of March'19. Now for this reason my mother is stressed and getting unhealthy.

                                    After listening all of the matter I personally visited head office Kolkata ( Sahara Sadan ), but they have ignored me and all of the matters. After lots of supplications Kolkata reception gave me the number of regional office which is at Purulia, West Bengal. After calling at regional office to Mr. N.R. Sarkat he has also given various excuses and me spoke to me that to lies with Mr. Prasad (Bankura Head). My mother already contacted with him, whatever I have tried several times to contact with Mr. Prasad. But lastly he told me that they will not able to pay the maturity amount at present.

                                    Now we are puzzled and confused. My mother is now very depressed.

                                    I am from madya pradesh dindori district. I m investing Around 1200000/- From above product. Plz give me money as soon as possible because i m suffering fro m critical condition.
