Sahibabad Police — cheated by bricks seller

I am a jr warrant officer in iaf, posted at agra. I am constructing house in c block lajpat nagar sahibabad. On 17 sep 18 i have been cheated by rs14000/-. A bricks seller approached me to sell his bricks, i gave him rs 24000/- for 6000 bricks. He gave me only 2500 bricks. Till date he was promising me to give my money back. But now is not attending my phone. His phone no. Is [protected] and he is muslim. Pls get my hard money and give him punishment to avoid reoccurrence. Thanks
