Please act according to the information given on your website, You people shows that Sahyadri Hospitals one of the best hospital and care of the patients is taken at very high level, which is not so.Being admitted to the private ward also if the facility is given as same as general ward then it is of no use to get admitted in Private ward. I am addmitted my son two months back and faced many such issues and now i have admitted my wife in Nagar road Sahyadri hospital yesterday dated 31/07/2018 and now i have decided that i will never ever come to sahydri hospital nor i will even suggest anyone to come here. You people charge a huge amount beyond the capacity of a patient but doesn't give any importance to the patients about the facility, No towel given, even after asking 5 times we are not getting, no changing of bed-sheets and when asked to do so the reply we get is can't be changed now. Charging Rs 5, 000 at a time of admission from a insurance availing patients and gives assurance that it will be refunded if there is no use of non surgical item but at the time of final bill you people add extra 4, 000 in that and ask the patients that surgical item cost was RS 9, 000 hence he/ she must pay extra Rs 4, 000, If a person is having low BP and you people get him admitted and immediately after 24 hours you people discharge him and makes a bill Rs 25, 000 without doing any checkup then is it fair. There are many such complaints which you people doesn't focus. Since i am from media background i will take all your such complaints and will make the entire nation know about your Hospital.
