Sai Builders Dwarka — illegal construction in dwarka big scam

There are multiple unauthorized constructions happening in the vicinity of dwarka, kakrola opposite nsit and main builder mafia m/s sai builder, its owner anil kumar ([protected]) is constructing multiple unauthorized building in the vicinity since last so many years.

Also note that the with the nexus of local mcd councillor, mcd officials, police all are part of it. Many times complaint has been booked but small demolition is also done in the paper and all documents neatly manipulated by the officials of mcd and as per the building is demolished, but after so-called demolition building grow up automatically at the same place and hundreds of flats without any construction quality, without any fire clearance, without any local statutory authority, flats are being sold and innocent people are being cheated.

Many times issue has been raised but all corrupt officials is well taken care of by builder mafia m/s sai builder. This builder is indulged in illegal activities and all major properties are being bought in his labour employees name who doesn’t file any kind of return or can be easily vanished later on so that legal claim cannot be taken over and in case of any mishappening builder has an escape route. This is all known to all councillor (Mr gahlot) sdmc officials (Manoj shrma), mla, police but with all favour it has been well taken care off.

It is a clear cut example of high-level corruption happening in the vicinity. All building constructed by him is illegal in nature and he just constructed build in haywire and deploy 3- 4 people in the building so that authorities cannot take any demolition later on. It is all happening under the nose of mcd officials and local councillor.

Note that anil kumar builder is also indulged in wrongdoings and previously he has been booked by delhi police in the fir no. 391 dt 26/9/2019. And apart from it following unauthorized construction has been booked officially but under these files building is stand still and people are residing. It is clearly a fraud happening in the vicinity and it is moving to a large scale scam, where people will have nothing in hand and their hard earned money will be sinked.

The previously high court has also issued an order to demolish his buildings but nothing has been done in this regard. (Wpc 5807/2019 order as

But note that nothing has been done so far.

If you can, kindly investigate the matter and punish the culprit builder mafia anil kumar. Otherwise, this message can be put in spam and play with public life as it is happening for years and it can go on.
