Sai Edutech — taken fee for my distance degree and didn't get any documents so far

I took admission in the bsc-it through distance program from sai edutech, since i am aware that there are many fraud center does the same these days but i trusted them because someone known was working there at sai edutech at that point of time,
Its been many years they haven't given me any document from the college i was doing and they have already taken the fee which they told us paying to university directly, mr n k chauhan is the fraud person who runs this institute and make fool to working professionals who want to go for the academic education while they're working.
