I am filing this complaint against Sai Group of Organisation for failing to provide the promised job service and refusing to refund my ₹50, 000.

In September 2025, I was contacted through Naukri and LinkedIn regarding a Python Developer opportunity at IBM. The representatives, Ranjani and later Princy, assured me that the recruitment process would be completed within 3–6 months. Based on their promises, I paid ₹50, 000 in cash on 18 September 2025 (Receipt No. 4422).

Despite waiting for several months, I did not receive any interview or job opportunity. Whenever I contacted them, they gave different excuses and repeatedly promised that the process and later the refund would be completed soon. I requested a refund by email on 4 May 2026, but I have still not received my money.

I request the Consumer Commission to:

1. Direct Sai Group of Organisation to refund my ₹50, 000.
2. Take appropriate action against the organisation for unfair trade practices and misleading job promises.
3. Award compensation for the financial loss, mental harassment, and inconvenience caused to me.

I am submitting supporting evidence, including the payment receipt, email communications, WhatsApp chats, call recordings, payment-time audio recording, and other relevant documents.
