Sai Holidays Llc — fraud

I was looking for a dubai vacation package. I found sai holidays llc company on internet on dated : 18.5.19 Saturday at around 6pm. My call landed to Mr. Raunak. He is manager in the company. He asked me to check quotation on WhatsApp. As he sent quote to me on my personal number. The package was offered by Mr. Raunak was quite lucrative. Package is @33000/- inclusive visa, flight, accommodation, all meals and sight seeing. When i asked him for exceptionally low prices, he told me that we reserve flight tickets prior and this is corporate package. This is dubai’s government affiliated company. We booked corporate package thats the reason of low prices.I agreed to take this package. First he sent me visa booking invoice on my email id on dated: 19/05/19. I immediately trasfer the amount of Rs14700/- from my bank account. Then he sent me payment received invoice. On 21/5/19 in evening raunak mailed me from official email id visa pdf file.
Raunak sent me visa. Then he sent me the booking invoice of flight ticket. When i saw my visa on my mail id. I trust him and immediately transfer the air ticket amount that is Rs 42300/- as per invoice. On dated 21/5/19 Tuesday at 6pm.
He told me that booking procedure will take hardly half an hour. Then he didn’t pik my call and answer to my messages. At night around 8:30 he picked my call and asked me that he is wedding and send confirmation booking mail tomorrow.
Meanwhile i thought i should check my visa online for validity. When i checked it was not found. I checked so many times and from so many sites but no result found.
On dated 22/5/19 i called him so many times and told him for send flight payment confirmation mail as well as booking confirmation mail. He finally send me payment confirmation [protected]@ Rs 42300/- . And also send air tickets from another id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com
My booking was from emirates airlines. When I called customer care they told me that this is not a confirmed booking. This is tentative booking and payment is pending. And can be processed till 27may 2109.
And booking is not done by any travel agent. As per customer care executive booking done by Mr. rajiv grover( my husband) directly on phone on dated 22/5/19.
I called raunak again and report this issue and asked for refund. Because visa have no record and tickets was also tentative. He denied from all charges. And didn’t take any responsibility.
I request you to please help me in this situation. I pay total amoun to this company is Rs57000/- and he gave me all fake things. Although bill. I only have his bank account number i.e. HDFC BANK

My and my husband, my daughter’s passport size photograph and passport photocopy is with him. I very much scared that he may use our documents in another fraud. Please help as soon as possible.
