Dear Sir/Mam,

This has been referred with my complaint against non payment of my salary dues by the Employer so called Sai Infosystem India Ltd having registered office at Vastrapur Ahmedabad. I was working with the company as an Internal auditor during the period December 2011 To April 2013, the company has not paid me my Salary dues since September 2012 till April 2013.

Although i have send various reminders...

Dear Sir,
Me to a employee of the company Sai Infosystems India (P) Ltd. HQ in Ahmadabad based in Ambala.
No employee of the company received the salaries or variables from December 2012. Company showing the ledgers paid, from previous year to current year, even they filed the service Taxes & clear their own balance sheet without paying employees.
The company doing fraud with all employees as well as with the Government.br...

Not paying Salary since last many months

I am not giving my identity but i am an employee of a Company , /head office at Ahmedabad named "Sai InfoSystem (India) Ltd." (www.saicare.com)

I am working with this company since July,2012.

In this company the Salary structure is complicated. (75 % fix and 25 % variable monthly basis).
It has been told that variable would be monthly paid ,since i joined ,i have not received...

one of my Aunt is going to die due to wrong treatment

My Aunt Name is Mary Josephine (46 years), due to disentry she went to Om Sai care hospital, charkop, Kandivali west. they did two days treatment disentry stopped. but after scanning they said there is a stone in kidney we need to do the operation. we said ok. on operation when the opened laproscopy there was sudden no electricity.. there is no generator in the hospital. so...

Requirement of copy of notification issued by RBI

We required a copy of Notification issued by Reserve Bank Of India regarding that the AXIS BANK LTD is Schedule Bank as per the said notification.

We requested to Central Office mumbai - on[protected] and also visited to Registered office on 1-1-2008 for request of the said notification, but still no progress is found against our request....
