My tenant is harassing me every day. He hasn't provided me with any amenities. Even water is not provided to us. I'm paying maintenance of 2500Rs. My owner keeps lying about the amenities provided in society. There is no security guard which lead to a case of theft in my apartment due to lack of any CCTV or security. There is the issue of the water supply every other day which doesn't get resolved for hours. HE promised to allot a proper parking space which he denied late when I bought my vehicle citing that he doesn't have any proper parking slot. As a result of random parking in the building, my car got damaged. He has also blocked my number from whats app and calling but he will call on every 1st of month for rent and threatens us to pay the maintenance. Was this information helpful? |
