I Am Shaffin, I am one of your Bajaj customer, I am living in Kakinada. I was recently brought Bajaj pulsar 180 on 22-9-17 its bearing engine No:-DJYCHE11007 & Chassis No:-MD2A12DY0HCE06784 and RTA Registration No: AP05 EE 5113.
After that I faced a problem that the above Bike was not starting properly with Self starter. Then I complained to the SAI MOTOR PLAZA SERVICING POINT which is located at Ungarala vari Street, Kakinada and the above bike was handed over to the Works Manager and told him to the above complainant then he was verify and done first free servicing. After first service my bike complainant was not rectified. After that on[protected] I again go to the above service point and told the above problem to the works manager and handed over my bike to him vide job card no RJC[protected]. on[protected] evening my bike handed over to me and told me the above problem was rectified vide Invoice No LCI[protected]. I saw the invoice then he wrote in the bill carburetor tuning / correction i asked him about complaint then he didn’t give Proper reply. Today on[protected] routine the same problem was found by me. My problem is Self starter was not working properly
Hence i request to you please verify my problem and take necessary steps
