Hi Amruth, Agree with you . harinath Reddy was ready to complete all jobs, including making layout functional, but he is upset with Kundan pandey who whistled to IT Dept and got Harinath Reddy pay 2 crore as Taxes. Harinath Reddy in fact called Kundan Pandey and told him to pay the 2 crores he paid to IT Dept . Hence Kundan pandey resigned as secretary and is planning to sell his plot immediately and already bought a land in vidyaranyapura. He does not wish to be a part of Europa Layout at all. Harinath reddys henchmen are waiting near the plot .This is the very reason he makes excuses that he is out of bangalore etc.
He was working in another company called- BOSILEAF and was terminated due to some misappropriations in funds. His whereabouts are not known.He is a fraud guy.

Please do not blame anybody in the forum. There is no use to blame ravinder or venkatesh murthy at all. They are marketing people and land belongs to Harinath Reddy.Please fight against Harinath Reddy of Panchami Developers. Take him to court to get justice.

Association has not send who all attended the last AGM. The money they collected 10000 from all of them is not known. Treasurer not updating the accounts. CA's audit report is not published so far. Kundan Pandey must be removed from the group if he sold his plot and bought in vidyaranyapura. Why he must hang with association group when he is not doing one single paisa work. He has to return the money with whom he took loan. Some plot owners invested for him about 15 lakhs.

There is work going on what we see there, even though after 6 years.Harinath Reddy sold common areas to a farmer, and that is not coming in the preview of the layout plan.

Harinath Reddy already lost 1.5 crores in previous election and then the IT raid has almost crippled him.Kundan Pandey had spoken to few plot owners that he whistled to IT Dept and now he cannot enter the plot at all.
Harinath Reddy is a nice man, and is willing to help plot owners . This ###, Kundan Pandey spoiled everything.
May be association can take harinath Reddys help and do all the work by the funds collected. That makes sense at this stage.
