In this pandemic situation we have no such income as we expect but still we are paying regular maintenance on time to our society. 70% of society members are requested for 3 months subsidy / discount for helping our difficulties.
My tenant Mr. Suresh Chavan is construction Labour and he has no daily sufficient work so that he could not pay my room's rent from last 6 months. I understand his problem and personally make some help to his family. But Society Chairman & Secretary issued a Notice to me and warned to vacate the tenant out from room / society within 7 days.
If i would make vacate this tenant from my room then it would be very crucial or loss of my amount pending at him. When he could work for full month he will definitely paid up my outstanding.
Society charged in January's maintenance Rs. 1000/- fine as per Notice clause to me. In the other hand Society's Committee do not perform such rules & regulations at every time /every member.
Society's Chairman, Secretary & Treasury taking personal revenge upon me. Two times i was visited society office but there was locked.
Kindly look in to this case and help me as early as possible.
