With warm regards to vijay sir c/o sai sony service center kandivali west i would like to highlight something to you in your absence i was wrongly charged higher then authorised company charges for my tv repair with due respect i would like to claim my excess paid amount which is my hardened earned money the matter is i gave your company my 65 inch sony tv to repair motherboard on 19/06/19 which was repaired by your company and given back to me on 22/6/19 with bill of 40000 (To replace new original motherboard) was laterly discounted by you and i paid 35000 the very next morning i checked tv configuration i found that your employee installed 43 inch tv old motherboard mfg in2015 instead of 65 original part i found very sad for this and rushed to authorised sony service centre to enquire and came to know that it costs 9725 inclding all services i request you to please look in to the matter and refund me acess amount paid to your staff by me and give me original part instead of old installed regards mahesh...
