Mr Prashant Naik who is the Proprietor of the above said business, who came to my residence 22nd March 2026, since I am senior citizen to inform about the Solar systems scheme for my house which was costing Rs 4, 00000/-. He explained me all the process which also includes the Govt subsidy scheme which is currently ongoing and also the cash back after installation process.
After explanation Mr Prashant and I agreed with all relevant process including the KW watts required for my residence and payment method whereby the scheme was getting closed on 31st March 2026 as per his explanation and required 75% of payment for material and installation and the remaining amount will be taken after the completion of work.
Thereafter Prashant came to my residence on 27th March 2026 to take the first initial deposit of the installation. which was issued to him by cheque sum of 1, 20000/- and promised to start the work on 15th April 2026. He then came to collect 8th of April 2026 to collect the remaining amount of the 75% which was issued a sum of Rs 2, 40000/- through cheque dated on 8th April 2026. the total amount now paid to Prashant Naik was sum of Rs 3, 600000/- and balance Rs 40000/- would be paid after work completion.
From the time until today he as failed to commit to his promise and after several calls/text he was informing me that he was busy, and there are no labours to complete the work. its been 3 months now he is unable to get in touch personally, we have also visited his office address and found out that his office is not situated at the location which he as mentioned on the invoice which he has issued to me.
I am concerned of my money which is a high amount, and he is not answering my calls nor responding to my text anymore. please can you look into this case and kindly help me to recover my money.
