Sai Teja Communication — international courier service

Hi,

I took service of sai teja communication (Below sai reddy sweet house chandanagar) for transporting my house hold items from hyderabad to sydney, australia on 22nd august 2019. They send my package using fed ex services.

Once i reached australia, i got call from fedex and i was told that fedex will not clear personal items (Also personal affects) and i need to hire broker. This was never conveyed to me by the shipper (Which is sai teja communication).
Also i was told that the reason why customs held by package was because for 116kg of items, the shipper had declared just rs 12, 500 item value to save his taxes (Where as i paid rs 56, 100) already to him.

I called them sai teja several times but they did not help me. I ended up paying aud $469 (Approx. 23, 000 indian rupees) and helpless in a new country where i did not know what to do.

Please help me get my money back. Also they much be punished so that they can not dump other people.
