This agent name chandan kumar. He is from bhagalpur, bihar 812005 and sells taltkal ticket in black using illegal software. Whenever i have some emergency and i have to book tatkal ticket from bhagalpur station, the seats gets full as soon as tatkal window open, it is due such type of fraud agent.
One day when i asked to book a tatkal ticket for me he was charging double of normal price when i asked how he is so sure he will book conform ticket he said he uses a software for this purpose.
Please do something for such type of fraud agent they are termites to the railway and nation
