Sai Travels — fraudulent travel agent - mr. avinash pahwa

I, mr. P. A. Samuel, had asked mr. Avinash to book flight tickets for my daughter (From dayton, usa to mumbai - round trip ticket). He sent my daughter a fake ticket and asked to pay the whole ticket charge. I paid him the amount he asked via neft on 2nd june. After two days, when checked online he had already cancelled the ticket. After that he started giving excuses and till date there is neither any confirmation if the ticket is booked nor there is reversal of the payment.
We later realized that he is a fraud and has taken money from many other people like this. He had told us that he works for sai travels, bhayander branch and when we enquired there, they said there is no person named avinash working there. He had even sent the cheque leaf which had the stamp of sai travels (Attached) to which we transferred the amount. He always contacted through whatsapp and uses different phone numbers too. Now he does not even respond to my calls. He is now planning to fly to germany it seems.
