We had booked a trip from Kuttippuram to Valparai with Sai Travels Valancherry, and during the journey, the vehicle’s leaf spring broke down. When we contacted Mr. Ullas (the manager/owner of the vehicle), he responded very rudely and informed us that no alternative bus would be arranged. Instead, he told us to find our own vehicle and made it clear that no refund would be given.
As a result, we were stranded in a rural village in Tamil Nadu with our family and small children, causing us immense inconvenience and stress.
We are extremely disappointed, both with the poor service and with the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Ullas and his staff. Based on this experience, we would never recommend Sai Travels to anyone.
