Sir,
I am one of the customer of above said Gas Agencey, Malkajgiri, Telangana holding my customer no: CX4600864. I am not being supplied refills inspite of booking them through IVRS. I have booked for a refill on 13/08/15, but I got reply to mobile informing that the said booking stands cancelled, as such i have been asked to re- book again for the same refill .
Accordingly again I have booked for a refill as per the procedure on 19/08/15, it is
very un-fortunate that i have received the same message to my mobile informing that the said second booking also stands cancelled.
What is this ? is the said Gas Agency has been appointed to render service or to harras people.
In view of above it is requested to look into the michief for suitable action against the said Gas Agencey as deem fit by the authirities.
