I had given my Himalayan bike to this service Centre on 19th July for servicing. When I went to pick up the bike on 7th August Mr. Vikas (RE Service representative ) spoke harshly to make full payment and told his service engineer not to allow bike without full payment. When I discussed with RE customer representative they told the details and convinced to pay full amount, I made the full payment on 07.08.2022. Myself and my wife waited patiently after the payment for 2hrs. Even after that still bike is not delivered and they are making things that battery is down and engine is still problematic and not delivering my bike. I am spending Rs. 700 daily for commuting to work due to this.
