I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally notify you of an urgent issue concerning fraudulent accounts that have been created using my name & my colleague name on consumer complaints without my consent, knowledge, or authorization. These accounts are associated with my name, my colleague name and my employer’s name, and their existence is leading to significant concerns about reputational harm, privacy violations, and inappropriate content associated with these profiles.

Upon learning of these unauthorized accounts, I immediately investigated and discovered that I had no involvement in the creation of these profiles. When I inquired with your support teams, I was informed that such accounts were fraudulently set up. The profiles not only misrepresent my identity but also include offensive language and inappropriate content that has the potential to harm my personal reputation and that of my employer US Technology International Private Limited.

I have already reported these fraudulent accounts to your platform on consumer complaints through their respective platforms, requesting their immediate removal. Additionally, I have attached copies of the emails I sent to your support teams and screenshots of the fraudulent profiles for your reference.

As these accounts violate my privacy and the reputation of my employer, I kindly request the following actions from consumer complaints:
1. Immediate Removal of the Fraudulent Profiles: I request that you promptly remove the fake accounts created under my name, my colleague name and associated with my employer’s name on consumer complaints. These profiles were created without my authorization and contain offensive and harmful language.
2. Investigation o[censored]nauthorized Account Creation: I ask that consumer complaints conduct a thorough investigation into how these accounts were created without my knowledge or consent. I would appreciate it if you could also review the platform’s identity verification mechanisms to prevent such unauthorized activity from recurring in the future.
3. Confirmation of Action Taken: Once the fraudulent accounts have been removed, I request that you send me written confirmation detailing the actions taken to address this matter. This includes information on how the accounts were removed and what steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
4. Assurance of Non-Repetition: I request that you take necessary steps to reinforce your platform's account verification procedures to prevent any future fraudulent activities that could damage individuals’ reputations or cause harm to personal privacy.
I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency it requires. Failure to take prompt and effective action will leave me with no choice but to consider further legal actions to protect both my reputation and the interests of my employer.
