Respected Sir/Madam,
We, the undersigned, resident of Sakshi Greens Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, New Panvel. We wish to bring to your immediate attention certain unauthorised constructions and encroachments carried out in our building premises, which are in violation of CIDCO regulations and approved building plans.
Details of the Complaint:
1. Unauthorised Society Office Construction:
A society office has been constructed within the premises without prior permission from CIDCO or any competent authority. This structure is not part of the approved building plan and is therefore illegal.
2. Unauthorised Conversion of Flat in D-Wing Room No. 402:
The said premises was originally sanctioned and constructed as a 1BHK unit with an adjoining open terrace. However, the open terrace area has now been enclosed and converted into part of the flat, making it a larger 1BHK without any legal sanction.
3. Encroachment of Open Terrace:
The open terrace adjoining D-Wing 4th floor has been illegally captured by certain flat members for personal use. This is a common area meant for the use of all members as per society bye-laws and CIDCO guidelines, and its encroachment violates the rights of other residents.
These modifications and encroachments not only breach approved plans but also pose safety risks and set a dangerous precedent for further illegal alterations in our society.
Request for Action:
I kindly request CIDCO to:
Conduct a site inspection at the earliest.
Verify the original building plan and current status of the above-mentioned premises.
Take strict action against the responsible persons and restore the premises to its original approved layout.
We trust CIDCO will take this matter seriously and initiate the necessary steps without delay.
