Dear sir/madame,
Today[protected], at 4:00 pm i had received a call from an agent posing as an sbi executive and wanting to verify with my account details. he said he would send me a text message and i need to confirm him the otp code. immediately an amount of rs 7812/- (credited to deals mantra epaykerela) was deducted from my credit card.
I later realized i have been taken for a ride by this fraudster. i tried to call him but all in vain.
I request the sbi management to blacklist this epay kerala deals mantra portal and help me with getting my lost amount of rs-7812.
