Their staff like varsha tiwari, kamal kanth, abhishek rai all are highly unprofessional and don’t leave any opportunity to misguide their innocent clients with their wrong commitments…. Whatever you ask or desired in your application as per your processes during initial discussion, they all will revert together with standard reply of “yes, its doable / it’s a standard out of box functionality in sfdc ” but later once the contract is signed and time to submit their deliverables comes then they will start showing their true colors and start cooking stories on their earlier commitments.
Their objective is only to show and get the count in their sales performance and don’t hesitate in going down upto any level for false assurances…
