i have purchased a mobile SALORA ARYA A1+. i have seen the statement from salora international regarding after sale service i.e. "Exclusive Service Promises
"if any defective mobile is submitted to the Salora Authorized Service Centre, it will be repaired within 7 working days of maximum TAT.
If the servicing is delayed for more than 10 days, you will be provided with a 1 to 1 unit swap.
A service feature called ‘bounce repair’, i.e. a situation where your mobile needs to repaired three time due to defect, may entitle you to a 1 to 1 unit swap.
my phone have go audio problem after 10 days of purchased, when i go to service center on 13.02.2015 they have told me to wait for more then 30 days .which was too much time. the salora customer care no. [protected]. no one is receiving my call. i m trying from4 days.. they are making the fool to customer and they are not doing as their promises
Salora must fullfill the their after sale service promise ...
what i should do, i am very much disappoint from so much irresponsible attitute of salora company.
please help me..
